Damia, Sage of Stone is a very powerful commander that is also versatile. This list is a semi-budget list that encourages comboing out, but i'll get to that later.

Pros:

- In the best 3 colors in EDH- Gives you card advantage- Doesn't force you into one specific strategy

Cons:

- Expensive mana cost- Weak to removal

So, how are we going to take advantage of Damia's ability and how are we going to build this deck?

Well, there are many ways you can build Damia, but one thing is for sure. In order to have an effective deck you need to have a low ACMC (Average Converted Mana Cost.) By ensuring that you can always empty your hand and aren't stuck playing 1 card per turn lets you draw way many cards off of Damia.

This specific list aims to combo off, but other Damia lists can be more focused on controlling the game. I like to think that the earlier you finish the game the less likely your opponents are to find what they need to beat you.

Damia is also a pretty expensive commander, costing 7 mana to play. Because of this we also play quite a bit of ramp to be able to get Damia out quickly and draw more cards.

Overall, Damia, Sage of Stone is a really effective commander if you can build your deck properly to support her ability, and is also very versatile. Damia is a really fun commander as well, an can be built on lots of different budgets.

Birds of Paradise:

Birds is a nice, cheap card so we can empty our hand quickly later in the game, and is also an awesome ramp card because we are a 3 color deck in the early game.

Coiling Oracle:

Not only is this a cheap cantrip/ramp card, it is one of the main pieces of our combo, being combined with Deadeye Navigator and infinite mana to draw our deck and win the game.

Consecrated Sphinx:

Although this conflicts with our commander being able to draw cards, the sphinx is just absurd in commander, and its nice to have a card draw engine that isn't our commander.

Deadeye Navigator:

The main piece in our combo, can combine with almost all the creatures we have, most notably Peregrine Drake to get infinite mana, and Coiling Oracle to draw your deck and win the game.

Eternal Witness:

Great value card, can be combined with Deadeye Navigator to loop spells, and is just good in general.
