Maybeboard

For this deck to go of, you only need Sram, Senior Edificer (and/or Puresteel Paladin) and any artifact cost-reducer (Helm of Awakening) out to loop through the deck with many low mana-cost equipment and finally storm of with Aetherflux Reservoir (or Monastery Mentor). The archetype is called cheerios because the original deck uses all 0-mana equipment, which results in the battlefield being covered in cheery-0s (also because mtg's history of cereal based deck names). Since there aren't that many 0-drop equipments available, this commander variant uses cheery-1s and 2s as well.
Aside from manual Aetherflux Reservoir storm, Paradox Engine is the main win condition. Paradox Engine makes every spell basically free, but also goes infinite with Razor Boomerang. Surestrike Trident is another card that can win the game quite easily with paradox engine out.
