This is a 2DH deck (see www.2dollarmagic.com) - no card can be over $2 (except the commander).

The game plan is to build your own infinite combo from a deck full of possible pieces. The key piece types are:

1. Sacrifice creature outlet

2. Cheap creature with artifact trigger

3. Trinket artifact (either zero or reduced to zero)

4. "Watcher" - something that cares about your infinite loop. Note that some pieces can do double duty.

Get each piece type (in play, hand or graveyard) then cast Teshar. Sac the creature, cast the artifact, rez the creature, repeat. Something else should be watching and caring - infinite pump, tokens, etc.

Watch for hidden combos in other cards - such as Shuko with the Crackdown, or Bygone Bishop providing infinite clues if your trinket is a creature.

There is a real challenge in building mono-white combo on a budget. A lot of the classic sac outlets are not available (Ashnods, Ironworks, etc.), there's very little filtering and tutoring, and the watcher bombs can rarely kill the whole table same turn. However, the cantrip trinkets can provide some gas, and you can become a real threat by turn four. With all the recursion, you can remain a threat the rest of the game, even you get all your stuff blown away.
