Whenever an artifact or enchantment is put into your graveyard from play, you gain 1 life.

what saga are you talking about? you havent mentioned any saga's, or any cards with an etb. there are much easier ways to draw cards and gain life rather than continually paying more and more commander tax and then waiting around for both your commander and enchantments to die. cards like Femeref Enchantress Scrapheap exist to help you out when an opponent uses enchantment removal, not so you can destroy your stuff yourself.

I am building a green white saga edhbdeck with the new commander Satsuki, Living Lore. The direction I want to go is to have any sagas that I play to finish up and go to the graveyard. I also using cards like Font of Fertility where they sacrifice themselves. Then use graveyard recursion to bring them back to get etb effect from card such as; Ajani's Chosen and Archon of Sun's Grace They are counting the etb instead of casting. So are there more cards like Femeref Enchantress and Scrapheap that benefit my sagas and other enchantment going to the graveyard or counts enchantment etb like Archon of Sun's Grace ?

I've run more mono green decks than you can shake a stick at. Currently I am running Selvala, Heart of the Wilds as a fatty beats deck and really enjoying it but it is very generic green.
My favorite non-traditional mono green was Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter. A mono green artifact deck is not something people expect to see and it had a surprising amount of synergy with cards like Fangren Marauder or Scrapheap. Green can do the token thing pretty well (Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, etc.) and when you pair that with primarily artifact creature tokens (Hangarback Walker, Myr Battlesphere, Maul Splicer etc.) a lot can be done with seemingly very little.
I scrapped the deck because I needed too many pieces to build Breya, but here was what I was running before. Just typing this makes me want to rebuild it :)

Okay, so. For lifegain purposes, maybe consider something like Authority of the Consuls, Righteous Cause, or Scrapheap. Wincon-wise, maybe consider Karn, Silver Golem to animate your artifacts, or Mind's Dilation to steal stuff, or Mindslaver to lock out annoying opponents. You may also want to include Plea for Guidance, Kuldotha Forgemaster, Reshape, etc to find what you need faster.

Adding a Junk Diver and/or a Workshop Assistant to the deck allows you to grab your Myr Retriever (or one of the previous two) back every time. Now what can we do with this combo?
Well, Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks helps you pull each one back and recast it to pull the first one back. Sanctum Gargoyle also qualifies for this combo, but the screams no to me. (Sharuum does too, but let's not get into that.)
With Dross Scorpion and any mana rock (Sol Ring), or an artifact land, you will at least break even with mana or even go infinite. You are definitely going infinite if Etherium Sculptor or Foundry Inspector is around.
Might as well slap a Skullclamp on each of the sac targets and draw a card per death.
If you have the mana, Nim Deathmantle completely circumvents needing another Myr Retriever effect at all.
So far, I have only included cards in your mainboard or sideboard, so these are easy. (Mainboard is bold, sideboard is italics)
Here is where things get good. Show
And with infinite mana and infinite creatures, Breya is able to do whatever she likes. You're gonna need more tutors.

Just spitting out cards that would go well with the above scenario. Not listing the key combo or bauble cards that work well with Glissa. Note: Obviously these aren't the best, just perhaps lesser known/used:
Moriok Rigger/Vermiculos/Molder Beast/Arcbound Crusher/Glaze Fiend: Big beats. Glaze Fiend or Arcbound Crusher are the better of the bunch. Vermiculos could get insaaaaaaanely fat here, it just lacks evasion.
Fangren Marauder/Scrapheap: lifegain.
Summoning Station/Myr Turbine/Nuisance Engine/Orochi Hatchery: tokens. Obviously better with the likes of Parallel Lives/Doubling Season (the latter is out of the budget).
Mirrorworks: because sometimes one isn't enough.
Throne of Geth: perhaps, if I run enough counters of various sorts.
