Upgraded Arcane Wizardry. Features some combos, but I wanted to keep from making a combo deck and focus on just having fun. I kept Nin, Marchesa, Vela, and Niv-Mizzet because I think they all work really well together. I'm considering getting rid of Kess and a few other cards like Mercurial Wizard if I find any wizards that fit better with the deck and expand it a little more. I think I could use some more cards that work with Nin/Marchesa/Vela/Niv-Mizzet. My budget for upgrading is $30 total or less, so I'm trying to avoid needing any expensive competitive cards.
