Gameplan

A control-combo deck. The main combo is Amulet of Vigor + Patron of the Moon . I don't want the deck to be too combo heavy (I turned down any Laboratory Maniac self-mill plan) but I also want it to have reliable wincons. Basically you control the game until you can combo. The moonfolks can serve as a Flash card for our Commander, so you can play it on the end step before your turn. I won't turn down any of the moonfolks, those are too beautiful and foil. I am still working on it.

Tutors

Tezzeret the Seeker can tutor almost any artifact in the deck (except Storm Cauldron and Caged Sun), so you can choose wether win the game on the spot or ramp a bit more. ALWAYS transmute Tolaria West, there are many useful lands in the deck. Muddle the Mixture can pick cards like Cyclonic Rift and a better Counterspell, but it also can grab some combo pieces.

I also added Hinder + Tunnel Vision Spell Crumple + Tunnel Vision combo as an alternative wincon/player removal, so I don't rely entirely on my commander. You can add a better wincon, I just added it because I find it too funny.

EDIT: After many lost games, I'm upgrading its combo power. I am also adding an alternative wincon.
