I'm really not about infinite combos or the dredge mechanic, so this list is what I would call golgari control. You want to keep you opponents creatureless. Don't know how it wins, but believe me it wins. Consistently. Possibly beaten once, maybe twice over around 25 games. It's pretty fucking good.

This list is extremely refined. Nearly every card has its place and won't be replaced by something else. The maybeboard is the end of the deck
