Sundering Growth might be a better choice for artifact removal over Root Out, cheaper CMC and helps you make wolf tokens.

You could probably add some single target removal into the deck to provide some more interaction with other players.

Reality Shift and Beast Within are both good removal spells for your colors.

Root Out is artifact/enchantment removal that will also investigate once for you.

Also just other removal spells like Curse of the Swine , Imprisoned in the Moon , Lignify , and Nature's Claim would be good to swap in.

I would also tone down on how good of removal you are using in decks. Like instead of using Natural State instead use Root Out another example being instead of Ponder or Brainstorm use Scour All Possibilities

Also just using less effective tutors could help keep things more casual. Like using Thalia's Lancers or Diabolic Tutor instead of cards on the high end of price like Demonic Tutor and Enlightened Tutor

So here is something I very quickly threw together: Temur Emrakul

It is MUCH more expensive as you are pretty much forced to run fetches (specifically green ones for dryad arbor) in three colors. I haven't tested it yet, but I might get around to it today. I might think about switching the fetches to Wooded Foothills, as the main restrictive card is Indomitable Creativity with triple red.

In terms of investigate cards, since this obviously can't run Tireless Tracker (duh), I found that Root Out is probably one of the better ones. Some other ideas include way overcosted counterspells like Confirm Suspicions. Ongoing Investigation may be worth it, but to activate it we need tokens which essentially eliminates us needing more tokens to sacrifice.. so..

I¨ve decided that Trail of Evidence is probably good, especially with the massive amount of cantrips my build is running, and I believe it's an improvement over mainboard Drake Haven (for the temur build).

I believe so! It would be pretty easy to sub those cards for something standard. There's plenty of other artifact/enchantment removal or flickering cards (Slice in Twain, Siren's Ruse). I just happen to like these (Root Out makes clue artifact token to help with other abilities and Eerie Interlude not only can re-trigger multiple enter battlefield effects but also get you out of a jam) and friends and I mostly play modern anyway.

But honestly they are there to sayisfy my desire to have a five color deck. You can also just as easily sub in a couple red, black, or blue spells instead to fix the colors as well as make it standard.

Bramblecrush is great and hits planeswalkers too. I really like Root Out since you get some draw out of it. also any spells with multiple modes like Blessed Alliance Sultai Charm Orzhov Charm any charm spell or escalate spell really since they are seldom dead in your hand. What to cut? When you play with the deck, everytime you draw a card and wish it was something else right down the card name. After you see some repeat 3-5 times you can drop them for other stuff since you don't get value out of them anyway.
