Boros Feather deck! Budget restricted on some cards (some big expensive cards I already had in other decks): land tax, Path to Exile. Good mix of value and jank made viable by Feather. Based on EDH REC and MTG Salvation user cyberium_neo , on the "Feather, the Redeemed + Arcane Arts (Let's Brew!) discussion thread.

I think its a good start for a relatively cheap Boros build with focus. (note some expense will be added over time)
