I know phyrexian mana is not on Zendikar, but I wanted to make it cost 3 more to cast spells and also keep things from getting boring.

Make a card with Radiance (see Wojek Siren and Brightflame for what Radiance does)

I love that you're running Renounce the Guilds! It's really sweet, but you don't see it much. I'd take out Wojek Siren, possibly putting in Sentinel's Eyes. I also think your all-basic manabase can afford Rogue's Passage.

Wojek Siren works the way you want it to because, though it affects a lot of your creatures, it only targets the Mirrorwing Dragon . So each of your creatures would also create a copy of Wojek Siren targeting themselves and affecting your board. Your creatures would basically get +X/+X (I think) where X is the number of creatures on the board IF they are all red . It gets a bit confusing because it WILL create copies for white creatures, but their anthem +1/+1 would only affect other white creatures on your board. At base, all of your targetable creatures will have +2/+2, then +1/+1 for each other creature they share a color with. Have fun with the math!

Eight creatures seems kind of low. I'd add a playset of Satyr Hoplite for some more aggression. I'm thinking you could even cut green entirely and maximize on red and white for consistency; upgrading to a playset of Wojek Sirens seems awesome. You could upgrade to a playset of Mutagenic Growth, and maybe try out Brute Force and/or Rally the Righteous.

I really like to use Strive cards in my W/R Heroic deck: Launch the Fleet,Desperate Stand, Twinflame. You can effectively target all your heroics with them. Launch the fleet is particularly useful, for it brings out some nice expendable tokens. Also, Akroan Line Breaker is a ridiculusly useful card, another interesting combo I utilize is Anax and Cymede with cards that have Radiance, like Rally the Righteous, Bathe in Light and Wojek Siren for a quite literal board buff and finisher.
