For each player, choose whether they are a friend or a foe. Each friend creates a token that's a copy of a creature they control. Each foe returns a creature they control to its owner's hand.

Victory Chimes, Horn of Greed and Howling Mine all have a sort of 'huggy' feel to them. Regna's Sanction, Pir's Whim and Zndrsplt's Judgment can hug or hinder depending on the situation so can be important political tools. Rainbow Vale and Jace Beleren can also make you some friends and while it make take some work, Jace potentially can win via mill [that's a long game though...]. Arcane Denial, Beast Within and Rapid Hybridization could also fit the hug theme as it lets you stop something but leaves them something. You probably want to make sure you have some chance of stopping an opponent from running away with the game if you want a chance to enact your own strategy
None of these cards are super expensive [$5 or lower] as it looks like this deck is on the budget-ish side.
I might still try to fit a Sol Ring in as getting off ramp spells a turn earlier is nice if nothing else.

Here's how I think about this commander: You want two types of creature token. A) ones that are cheap/free to flood the board and B) ones that are copies of cool creatures with abilities you can exploit.
Your A Column is pretty solid. The only one I'd add is Genesis Chamber and/or The Locust God... Things that make Treasure or Clue tokens are pretty good because they'll add value OR attack. Additionally, Since lots of your small creatures are on ETB trigers Panharmonicon could be good.
Your Column B is so-so. You've got Feldon of the Third Path and Helm of the Host, but those are pretty slow and obvious. Mimic Vat, Heat Shimmer, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Rite of Replication, Supplant Form, Cackling Counterpart, Zndrsplt's Judgment and Fated Infatuation all could get you the token you need to make a deadly strike out of nowhere. An interesting combo here could be Precursor Golem so targeted instants make TONS of copies if you turn your army into golems. Creatures with Embalm and Eternalize Mechanics could fall into this category, too.

Let's get you some wincons, and fix that landbase.
First: Landbase. Basic stuff, manarocks, and better land cards, and a touch of fetchlands to get us rocking and rolling. Then, guess what, you're playing green. Congrats, you get the luxury of a vast array of tasty morsels called ramp spells, so we'll take advantage of that.
Next, let's look at capitalizing on your commander's strengths: Card draw. We'll add in card draw, and some hand size manipulation to help manage it, along with some ways to make use of all that mana you gain and cards you draw.
- Storm Sculptor + Tishana, Voice of Thunder
Now for some wincons:
-Devastation Tide +Goblin Cannon (with your upcoming infinite mana/card draw combos, draw into this, then ping everyone for infinite damage and win, the ability stacks as many times as you pay the mana for it, before sacrificing itself).
-Spelltwine. - River's Rebuke
-Ghostly Flicker +Aphetto Alchemist (equip bracers to alphetto, tap to untap it and target manarock or kydele for aother infinite mana combo, once you have infinite combos going, you can take multiple turns, draw out your whole deck with psychosis or lab maniac or tishana, or empyrial plate, etc)
Other infinite combos you can look for are Sword of the Paruns or Umbral Mantle equipped to kydele if she's drawn enough cards. The possibilities are vast, just a matter of finding yourself a bit of room for those cards, which shouldn't be too hard. However I'm also aware of budgets, I know I've suggested a LOT of changes, many that you might need to purchase, and while the individual cards aren't too pricey, collectively it's a lot once you look at all the changes. But if you're personally looking to take your deck to the next level, I'll add some more blingy suggestions at the end of this comment.

Really cool concept and I look forward to playing against this.
And 3-5 more bounce cards and counterspells to keep yourself viable.
