It just frustrates me that cards like Standardize don't combo with Siege Dragon

I always find that monored EDH decks tend to have an issue getting enough cards in hand. I could see that being an issue here, especially with the "free" play abilities you have in! Some things that could help are cards like Fire Prophecy , Stolen Strategy , Faithless Looting , Jeska's Will , Cavalier of Flame , Mask of Memory , Neheb, Dreadhoard Champion, and Valakut Exploration .
Some non-creature cards that might have good synergy for the deck are Commander's Plate , Skullclamp , Whispersilk Cloak , Worldslayer , Embercleave , Mirage Mirror , Aggravated Assault , Gratuitous Violence , Chaosphere , and Sorrow's Path .
Some other creatures that could help are Breaker of Armies , Void Winnower , Marton Stromgald , Urabrask the Hidden , Legion Loyalist , Hellkite Charger , Flamerush Rider , Torbran, Thane of Red Fell , Soulbright Flamekin , and Siege Dragon . Also, any eldrazi if you wanna be that mean, especially the original set with annihilator.
The sacrifice clause on Purphoros can also have some fun opportunity, especially with cards like Blood Aspirant , Mycosynth Wellspring , and Ancient Stone Idol .
Oh! And if you do end up with that many mountains, Jaws of Stone , Landslide , Spawn of Thraxes , and Spire Barrage , could all be ridiculously powerful late-game!

Ryan got the short end of the stick with this deck last night, getting stuck without white mana till turn seven or so. Because I'd warned that this was a combo deck that could take out any player the turn after the commander comes out, Jeremy relentlessly attacked him for the first several turns, bringing his life total down to a point where the Moltensteel Dragon combo was no longer tenable. While the deck does have some mass/repeatable removal like Deathbringer Regent and Frontier Siege , neither of these work with Scion of the Ur-Dragon 's ability, probably making for a frustrating situation. I could have slowed Jeremy down if I'd drawn any black mana whatsoever, but then I probably would have just lost to Ryan's massive flyers. I think I'll add in Siege Dragon as a way for this deck to deal with small creatures on demand.

Sweet deck! I actually used to have a jund ur-dragon list too, but took it apart because I had too many dragon decks.

I'm kinda surprised you aren't running Drakuseth, Maw of Flames. He's always put in a lot of work for me. Maybe swap Thunder Dragon or Siege Dragon?

Walking Ballista would be alright. There's tons of dragons like Balefire Dragon , Flameblast Dragon , Siege Dragon , Drakuseth, Maw of Flames , Vampiric Dragon , etc etc
