here are a few suggestions for you:

you should add Sulfuric Vortex for continuous burning plus a no life gain card. and you need to replace some of your special lands like Balduvian Trading Post and Buried Ruin along with Kher Keep and Strip Mine with basic mountains then add Spire Barrage. and what I don't get is why do you not have Koth of the Hammer and Chandra, Pyromaster. those two would be perfect in this deck. and if you gonna put X cards in there put in Volcanic Geyser, Fireball, and Disintegrate. you should also put in Stuffy Doll so you have a blocker that acts as a burner. and I also suggest adding Lava Axe as a classical type burn card. and you should also add Starstorm so you have either a field burn card or a card you can cycle with for a better card. trust me. I am a master at burn decks. (any every other red deck) and having those cards in there will help you out greatly.

you should add Sulfuric Vortex so as to handle any pesky players who constantly heal. and add Koth of the Hammer to add a crud load of red mana or straight up turn your mountains into volcanos. and with so many mountains it is practically a crime to not add Spire Barrage.

Lightning Bolt. I'd probably play 3x Chandra's Phoenix, 4x Guttersnipe, and 4x Young Pyromancer. Remove Act of Treason, Flames of the Firebrand and Spire Barrage for 4x Madcap Skills, then you can remove something else to test Titan's Strength. This way, the deck could beat some deck on turn 3-4, becoming more powerful and fast.

Some stuff I would definitely remove:
Bathe in Dragonfire
Feral Lightning - 9 damage for 6 mana is not the best trade. Especially if you can't choose where the damage goes.
Jaws of Stone, Spire Barrage, and Seismic Strike - You just need to cut these because they just don't bring enough into the game to be relevant.
Mountain - Not all of them, it's just 50 lands is a ton in EDH. Most you should ever have is 42. I would cut down to 40.
Stuff I might add:
Urza's Incubator - Nuff said
Dragonlord's Servant - See above
Dragonspeaker Shaman - see above the above
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon - One of the few planeswalkers very relevant in EDH.
Cavern of Souls - Uncounterable dragons? YES PLEASE!
Adaptive Automaton - Tribal Buffs.
Door of Destinies - More tribal Buffs.
Coat of Arms - This is a great card, but it would benefit the enemy Elf tribal more than it would benefit you.
