Enchantment — Aura
Enchanted permanent has hexproof.
When enchanted permanent leaves the battlefield, if it was historic, draw two cards. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic.)
Curator's Ward Discussion

I'm loving the deck so far. I dont have LED, but in my meta it works well enough with Lotus Petal . I don't realy like Curator's Ward . I use Journey to Eternity Flip in the place of the ward. Is a good protection and a tool for recursion. The downside is that exile breaks the card. I think that is a good alternative for protection on this deck.

I’ve also played Brago and there are 2 very good budget things you can do with this deck. 1, ramp. 2, draw. Brago basically doubles your mana from mana rocks, so if you have a lot of mana and a lot of draw, that is powerful. That’s why Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe cost so much.
Let’s start with ramp. He can blink mana rocks so your mana rocks need to enter untapped. No Fieldmist Borderpost effects. Instead, you have Mana Geode , Darksteel Ingot , Prismatic Lens , Hedron Archive , Basalt Monolith , Peregrine Drake (he’s fun), and anything else you have. Sol Ring and what not.
Now draw. Mystic Remora is definitely worth the price. It’ll draw you a ton of cards and Brago will keep the upkeep cost to . Other good draw is Trial of Knowledge , Sea Gate Oracle , Unquestioned Authority , Traveler's Cloak , Pentarch Ward , Curator's Ward (you draw cards and can trenchant your commander!) Heliod's Pilgrim , and more. There are always permanents that help you draw.
Shoutout to Cloudform and Lightform for cheating everything into play. Should you want to keep your manifested a creature a 2/2 instead of blinking it (for example, it’s an instant) you only need to blink the ~~~~form enchantment. Also, Reality Acid and Nevermaker do great.
Also, planeswalkers. Add them if you’ve got them. Like Narset, Parter of Veils . She’s good.
Those are my suggestions anyway. Now if you’re to take any cards out, I’d start with Serra's Blessing . Your commander can blink itself and all your creatures so they have pseudo-vigilance. I’d also remove instants and sorcerers from your deck that can be easily replaced with a blinkable permanent with the same effect ( Unsummon —> Nevermaker ).

The first 3 offer good protection, immunity the most since itself has shroud.
Ghostform and bear umbra give you protection from wrath effects or your own Pernicious Deed with bonus abilities. Umbra boosts mana like crazy while ghostform is a combo enabler.
Feel free to take a look at my list if you’re interested

The list itself doesn’t look bad at all. But beside kayas ghostform there isn’t any protection. This deck gets significantly worse if you can’t keep your commander on the field. Adding stuff like boots, greaves, Diplomatic Immunity or Curator's Ward helps so much with that. My Muldrotha would get stolen, exiled, destroyed or turned into a Darksteel mutation within one turn without these cards.

Wins condition require the Chain Veil, so thats a no-no. I can protect it with estrid or I can include Curator's Ward . I win by either locking the game or milling Starfield of Nyx Induced Amnesia Parallax Wave .
Maybe going down 1/2 lands will give me the slot i need.
Getting enchantments out from the grave is no a priority...since i have estrid's ultimate.
Thanks for the feedback :)

You said in your thread in the deck help forum that you wanted to get it down to 66, so that is 18 cuts.
Trespasser's Curse - Curses feel unnecessarily antagonistic and this one doesn't do much.
Curator's Ward - Unlikely to ever draw you cards.
Ashes of the Abhorrent - Not good unless your meta is very graveyard heavy.
Prowler's Helm - Not a very good piece of evasion equipment.
Wing Shards - Bad except against voltron.
Nightmare's Thirst - Hardly ever going to kill anything of importance.
Mana Leak - The type of games you are likely to play with this deck tax counters won't matter.
Convolute - See above.
Healing Grace - 1 shot small amounts of lifegain aren't worth a card slot.
Dark Ritual - Rituals aren't great in commander unless it is to ramp directly into a victory and you have no insta-wins.
Vampire Sovereign - ETB doesn't justify paying the price for the body in a non-blink deck.
Angel of the God-Pharaoh - 6 mana 4/4 isn't worth it just because it has cycling.
Diamond Mare - Going to gain you much less life than you think it will.
Underworld Coinsmith - Effects aren't strong enough.
Bonus round, these cards are all relatively weak and I really think that maybe you wanted angel tribal and didn't want to say it was a tribal deck.

I like it.
Some ideas - you don't need to do them all but I would suggest doing some -
Gift of Immortality is an amazing card for you as it negates a wipe or spot removal to get rid of you.
False Demise is also worth a look.
Curator's Ward is hexproof - another nice option.
Greater Auramancy is excellent as it protects your enchantments and your creatures. Its very, very solid. Copy this enchantment to essentially make all enchantments untargetable. Please note that this will stop you from attaching further enchantments but hey.
Sphere of Safety gives you some protection without drawing heat from the board.
Hour of Revelation is a great sweeper as sometimes you need to wipe out their hard to hit stuff.
Austere Command is expensive to cast but is able to target the things you need dead.
Land Tax is also a great one to have for EDH as it gets you the lands you need against ramp.

I think Dive Down really deserves few spots in this deck.
Lets try -2 Curator's Ward out. I guess this card creates you awkward situations like: 'I cast this, but in response you kill my creature, so enchantment goes to the grave.'
Overall, very nice deck! Hail Dimir ;)
