If you want to reinforce the flicker theme you could use a few cards.Flickerwisp, Eldrazi Displacer, Restoration Angel, and Whitemane Lion, Mimic Vat, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Flickerform, and Conjurer's Closet.

Cards that deal damage when you play a creature are fit both a flicker theme and play well in R/W.Pandemonium, Warstorm Surge, Electropotence, Impact Tremors

Uou could also use a few more strong ETB Effects like Sun Titan, Emrakul's Hatcher (Which Goes Infinite with Displacer), Karmic Guide

Pentarch Paladin interacts well too.

The enchantments that only give +1/+1 can probably afford to go for the sake of equipment cards and cards that add bigger buffs like Door of Destinies or pull double duty like Vanquisher's Banner

Rogue's Passage helps keep Balan from being blocked Knight of Dawn and Pentarch Paladin have some flexibility.Pentarch Paladin is also pretty funny with Eight-and-a-Half-Tails too. Buried Ruin, Sun Titan, and Emeria, The Sky Ruin help you get back your used up cards. Steelshaper Apprentice, Steelshaper's Gift, Stoneforge Mystic, Quest for the Holy Relic, and Stonehewer Giant help get you pieces to make Balan stronger but running all of those is overkill, so just use the ones you like.

Mirrorworks makes it so you don't have to spend as many spots in the deck on equipment to get a big result. Argentum Armor, Heirloom Blade, Loxodon Warhammer, Sword of Vengeance and the Kaldra pieces are good on the cheap, but feel free to add Sword of X and Y as your budget allows.

Since you run so many instants, an Isochron Scepter might not be half bad.

With the number of tokens you generate, Eldrazi Monument is probably pretty good too.

I would remove some of the cards that are single use or don't trigger very often like Thraben Inspector, Emissary of Sunrise, Razor Golem, Mercadian Atlas, Paradise Plume, and maybe a land or two to add Buried Ruin, Sun Titan, Silent Arbiter, Steelshaper's Gift, Myriad Landscape, Emeria, The Sky Ruin, and Balan, Wandering Knight.

If you want to see another deck that generally wins by delivering Balan, Wandering Knight into somebody's face, take a look at my Let's Sell some Cat Decks.

I'm not seeing many equipment to attach to Balan or any ways to find them, you've also got some conflicting strategies and too many enchantments and artifacts that do something fun, but don't really help your game overall.

Do you have a budget in mind and how closely are you wanting to stick to the knight tribal theme?

If you feel Geth's Grimoire isn't good enough, then Liliana's Caress and Megrim can probably afford to go too.

Heirloom Blade, Vanquisher's Banner, and Door of Destinies are always great in a tribal deck.Oversold Cemetery and Champion of Stray Souls can probably do a lot of work for you too.

Auriok Champion can probably go into the sideboard to add 2 x Brave the Elements and a Tectonic Edge

Your deck shares some superficial similarities to my Get a Life, Licia

Since the Act of gaining Life is more important than how much life you gain and since most of your creatures are very small with almost no recursion, and your commander is targeted removal on a stick, I would take out some of the field wipes, removal, and mana rocks.

If you want specifics:

  1. Vizkopa Confessor
  2. Beacon of Immortality
  3. Skeletal Scrying
  4. Swords to Plowshares
  5. Shrine of the Forsaken Gods
  6. Boon Reflection
  7. Trespasser's Curse
  8. Bontu's Last Reckoning
  9. Day of Judgment
  10. Deadly Tempest
  11. Debt to the Deathless
  12. Charcoal Diamond
  13. Marble Diamond
  14. Thran Dynamo
  15. Worn Powerstone
  16. Gideon Jura

What the what!

I misread Wave of Vitriol in a horrific way. It Hoses every single deck that gives me grief except Elves and interacts with nearly every majorly important card in my deck in some way. Looks like it might be time to put It That Betrays back in too.

Thank you for your input pjeseb

Spore Frog is an excellent addition and Caustic Caterpillar would provide some redundancy behind Viridian Zealot

Liliana, Heretical Healer  Flip seems to fit pretty well with what the deck does but I don't really understand what Vraska the Unseen and Vraska, Relic Seeker have to offer in comparison to the threat the pose on the table.

The reason there are so many mana dorks is beacuse I've noticed that is Meren of Clan Nel Toth doesn't hit the table on turn three, she will not affect the game in a meaningful way. The rest, as you assesed, are more for combo pieces.

Mindslicer is really good, but it doesn't really hurt Daretti, Scrap Savant, Arcum Dagsson, Muzzio, Visionary Architect, or Zur the Enchanter. I feel like I would eliminating chances at table politics more than helping my own position.

I like the Archfiend of Depravity in your Until the Lambs Have Become Lions: Meren and I think that would be an excellent way to apply pressure without drawing too much aggr
