What's your philosophy here? What do you want your deck to do?
Bound in Silence fits better than Pacifism since you can tutor for it. Same thing with Big Game Hunter over one of your kill spells. Pious Warrior and Shield Dancer make pretty good surprise blockers too.
You've also got pieces to a few combos but they would need a few more parts. Teysa, Orzhov Scion combos with Darkest Hour but it really needs a Blood Artist and Ashnod's Altar to work. Cho-Manno, Revolutionary combos with Pariah and Pariah's Shield. Those two also combo with Stuffy Doll.
One last Card. Conspiracy turns every creature into Rebels or Mercenaries, letting you tutor for any creature in your deck.

Soul Sisters isn't quite Rush and it can act like swarm if it has to. Usually it hits with 6/6 Flying Lifelink Turn 2 or swings with a 5/5 Ajani's Pridemate Turn 3 depending on the initial draw. Whitemane Lion shouldn't really be considered as a creature. Its more like a White Swan Song except I get the 2/2. It and Brave the Elements are there to dodge removal and the lion also has good interactions with Oketra's Monument and Soul Warden during the opponent's end step. Archangel of Thune is outside of my curve but if I add in another couple of lands it might be a good finisher.
I've tried using a fourth copy of Martyr of Sands. Its good as 4-of in Martyr Proc, but Soul Sisters style decks have less gas so its a dead draw after turn two.
The Arid mesas are strictly there for thinning the deck. Originally it would have been 4 x Flagstones of Trokair, but the current Legend Rule only destroys 1 not both so its the same net. They can probably afford to go.
Good Catch on the Lone Rider Flips I don't remember why they were there originally. They're a nonbo with Honor of the Pure and I've never actually sided them in since I built this deck. Rest in Peace is sounds like a pretty good call too depending on the meta. Guessing its to hose Grim Lavamancer, Snapcaster, Tarmagoyf, and Delve?

With a Seven Mana Commander, its never really going to be fast. But you can take measures to speed it up a little and slow everyone else down.
Putting out some early game meanness like Ankh of Mishra, Harsh Mentor, and Zo-Zu the Punisher let you get some damage going on while waiting for your big threats. This makes you a big target though.Crawlspace, Curse of Opulence, Ensnaring Bridge, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, and Silent Arbiter can throw off some of the agro.
Burnished Hart, Commander's Sphere, Coalition Relic, Darksteel Ingot, Rakdos Cluestone, Rakdos Keyrune, Rakdos Signet, and Talisman of Indulgence will help speed out your commander and play those punishing triple mana symbol cards. Additionally they are immune to my next suggestion War's Toll.
One last thing. It won't let you win, but Heartless Hidetsugu with any of your damage doublers ends the game on the spot.

The weakest cards after that point are probably meta dependent.
Exploration is purely luck based in your build (Unless your group House Rules Partial Paris Mulligan). When its in your opening hand its fantastic but more often than not its comes down too late to do anything. Deathreap Ritual isn't so great if you primarily play vs 1 or 2 players Herald of Leshrac draws a giagantic target on you vs 2 or more. Aetherworks Marvel probably won't proc very often unless you see a ton of field wipes Void Winnower is good against combo decks and Overseer of the Damned is good against creature and graveyard based decks but both are situational.

Have you tried Wren's Run Packmaster? I think you have enough Elves to make it work.
Riptide Replicator Its not the strongest, but it is usually pretty funny.

Kothophed, Soul Hoarder May be too Risky to play since you can't always control when he comes into play and with only two on demand sac outlets. Harvester of Souls Should draw about the same number of cards and has "may" in his card draw ability.

What do you want help improving? What aspects of the deck do you like and what do you feel is wrong with it as is? Are there any combos you want to include or are avoiding? What sort of budget are you looking at?

I think there was a glitch when you keyed in the deck. A lot of the cards are showing up twice.
Have you considered Thousand-Year Elixir?

Not sure I follow here. How is the milling supposed to help?

Does Consulate Dreadnought even count since its not a creature?

Young Pyromancer can help generate early blockers and Thing in the Ice Flip is pretty useful as an early blocker or when you can flip him. Another way to make your early turns more active is to increase the number of mana rocks in the deck. I don't know your style or the tolerance of your group, but my deck Children of Rot and Ruin (Muldrotha Brawl) uses Paradox Engine with Elves to generate extra advantage with every spell cast. The same strategy works pretty well with mana producing artifacts.

Do you want the deck to be Dominaria cards only or is any standard card acceptable?
July 13, 2018 5:45 a.m.
What format are you intending to use this for? The cards are all Modern Legal.
You've got too many 1 ofs to be reliable and some cards that don't particularly work together.
Marrow-Gnawer and Pack Rat want to make tokens, but Bontu's Monument, Door of Destinies, Herald's Horn, and Vanquisher's Banner need you to cast cards to do much. There might also not enough card draw to reliably keep Pack Rat making tokens.

Is this a theme deck or do you want help cutting and improving towards you main idea?
If you're wanting to run a deck with lots of Instant and Sorcery Recursion you might want to add a few more reusable cards like Charmbreaker Devils, Voidmage Husher, and if you can protect it Tamiyo, the Moon Sage.
There's also a lot of interesting cards with Buyback like Capsize that would fit your theme.

You've got pieces for a few different strategies. Your deck could get a huge boost in power at the cost of a little versatility if you focus on just one or two.
Enchanted Evening does have some synergy with Avacyn, Angel of Hope or Ethereal Armor and can make the basis for a good Control/Resource Denial strategy but more likely than not its going to make your opponent's Merciless Eviction into a better Apocalypse unless you can abuse it with cards like Greater Auramancy, Cleansing Meditation, Calming Verse, Aura Thief, or Sterling Grove.
There's probably not enough card draw. You might want to run a few more enchantresses effects like Sram, Senior Edificer or Mesa Enchantress or straight up card draw like Rishkar's Expertise or Soul's Majesty

I've been playing against Najeela quite a bit recently. Some of your choices don't really seem to synergize with your deck.
For Example; Wrath of God, Play of the Game, and Cataclysmic Gearhulk hit your field just as hard as the hit your opponents. Cards like Aligned Hedron Network, Austere Command, Hour of Reckoning, or Merciless Eviction will allow you to carve your field wiping to primarily benefit you.
Since you are already running Druids' Repository I'm guessing your group allows infinite combos. With all of the enchantment tutoring you have, you might want to add Cryptolith Rite or Song of Freyalise and Reconnaissance.

Thanks for the confirmation. Next Question. How do I delete a thread?
