I think I would more or less do the same with the commanders you have laid out so I don't have much to offer there. Instead here are some deck ideas I have planned/currently working on:

God damn that's a long maybe board lol. I think you should cut out cards that are just big such as Adamaro, First to Desire you want trigger/activated abilities so that it can be more interactive with your deck unless you want to drop him so you Fling . If you can figure out which way you want to go with your deck I can help narrow down your list.

So, I have a similar deck with a creature from the same cycle: Adamaro, First to Desire . It’s quite entertaining and the deck is full of free, no-downside draw for my opponents to keep him big, followed by Fling -ish spells or spells that deal damage equal to cards in hand. It’s rather fun watching my opponents try to get hellbent to make him smaller, which only helps a mono-red deck not lose horribly.

Kederekt Parasite, only works if you have a red permanent (Artifact, Enchantment, Creature or Planeswalker), you don't have any. Your playing in a similar space to Owling Mine (Ebony Owl Netsuke) decks, but wanting to leverage discard, so Gnat Miser might make more sense as a 1 drop creature. There are a couple of 3 drop creatures which are worth considering too Master of the Feast and Adamaro, First to Desire. Lastly here are a couple of spells that cause hand discard and draw; Reforge the Soul and Wheel of Fate and one that plays well with Burning Inquiry if you keep it Runeflare Trap. Hope this helps, good luck with your brew.

I'd replace the Reality Shifts with Lightning Bolts, and the Adamaro, First to Desires with Snapcasters.

Hey Crayonmuffin. There's some great suggestions here from people, and really like Eiti3's brew ideas. I brewed mine on a similar line of thinking. I took a look on EDHREC for commanders with few decks and picked out Adamaro, First to Desire and brewed it around "cards in hands and artifacts matter". It's got fun cards, a few bombs and some interesting effects:

The Kamigawa legends are generally quite good to brew around in the way that some are a bit odd. For example if you're looking for something that makes games interesting then cards like Horobi, Death's Wail that subtly change how opponents have to play can be fun.

Angry Gray Beard did a good blog series about obscure Commander tech here which I found quite useful for stuff you don't always see:
