Maybe, but will it blend?!

The purpose of this deck is to utilize sacrifice effects to take advantage of death effects to control the board. All while tutoring and using card advantage (and some splashes of lifegain to counteract the lifeloss) to acquire either combo pieces or powerful game finishing spells. This deck follows the French Banlist

The Commander: Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter

Big Vish Daddy is great. He sacrifices, he kills anything that isn't hexproof with the right stuff to sacrifice. Avacyn, Angel of Hope ain't got nuttin' on Vish, -8/-8 son! Where's your hope now? Blightsteel Colossus? More like... Deadsteel Colossus?! Amirite!?! He can't be tucked by non-counter tuck spells, because we will just sac him to his own ability in response. He gets big, real big. Flying. Lifelink. 'Nuff said.

The Sacrifice Engines: These allow us to sacrifice our things, allowing us to control when our creatures die and for what purpose.

Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter That's right, our wonderful commander is also, at the very least, our very expensive sac engine.

Viscera Seer Simply let's us sac creatures for free, scry is an added bonus

Carrion Feeder Same as Seer but he becomes considerably big after enough sacrificing

Ashnod's Altar Sac for free, Mana ramp

Phyrexian Altar Same as Ashnod's, but allows for colored mana

Phyrexian Dreadnought We can play him and sacrifice things to him, thanks to the stack we can perform infinite loops with him too on the turn we play him, otherwise, it's fun saccing him to Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter.

Blasting Station Pings for 1, not impressive alone, but can do more than you'd think. Combos hard with retrieval loops.

The Loops: These give us opportunity to take advantage of ETB and LTB effects, and potentially go infinite and win.

Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed (This also allows for infinite creature pinging)

Sun Titan + Angelic Renewal

Sun Titan + Fiend Hunter

Sun Titan + Animate Dead

Karmic Guide + Reveillark

Karmic Guide + Fiend Hunter

Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle + Grave Titan (Credit: octopus13 )

Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle + Sun Titan + Another creature that costs 3 or less

The Wombo Combos: These are the finishers that, accompanied by an infinite loop, will effectively win us the game.

Carrion Feeder (Awesomely enough, he is also a sac engine as well as sometimes a wincon)

Blood Artist Infinite life loss for opponents and infinite lifegain for self

Falkenrath Noble Same as Blood Artist but with a better body attached, and a less enjoyable mana cost.

Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter Vish Daddy himself can come in swinging for life totals (give or take a million points of damage) and hook us up with some sweet life totals himself.

Viscera Seer Scry's us into one of these wincons

Blasting Station ping everything and everyone for 1 until they stop moving.

Everything Else:

I wanted to make a list of all the notable interactions but there are so many ways a lot of these cards work well with others that it's too much to list here. Go through the cards yourself and try to take notice of what they do and what other cards they would be useful for and why. I know it looks like the goal is to simply go infinite but in reality the deck has a lot more to offer in the realm of fun stuff than simply degenerate combos (that's what my Arcum Dagsson deck, Wreaking Such Sorrow is for). I mean, it runs Rise of the Dark Realms. Come on, that's just fun magic right there. This deck can just as easily be piloted with no intentions of going infinite and still do powerful things. That's what I love about it. It can be as casual as I want it to be or as competitive.

So that's Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter! He does what he wants! Let me know what you think of the deck, and feel free to suggest anything you feel is missing and needed (except for Necropotence, I don't wanna hear it). Thanks for checking it out :)

Hero of the day: Puppeteer Clique

My opponent wiped my amazing board state with Akroma's Vengeance. He then followed up with a Diluvian Primordial and his commander Zedruu the Greathearted. I then casted Puppeteer Clique, playing the Phyrexian Metamorph from his grave as a copy of Primordial, casting Wrath of God from his graveyard, killing all creatures, triggering persist on my Clique and returning Primordial from his graveyard, casting Plea for Guidance from his graveyard, pulling out Debtors' Knell and Animate Dead then swinging in for 5 damage. Animate my commander who I let go to the yard, and Pass turn. XD that was just one turn of the game, it was insane.
