Vega's three eyes can see in to the future, past, and present. Somewhere in all of that, he has finally found how many licks it takes to get to the tootsie center of a Tootsie-pop. Ironically, it's more than three.

Line of play We want to get Vega on the field as early as possible along with one of our synergy cards like Mystic Forge or Emry, Lurker of the Loch. Then the goal is to win through some combination of combo/storm and/or aggro strategy. Dramatic Scepter is currently the strongest combo in this deck because each use of the combo draws us a card with Vega, the Watcher on the field, in addition to the payoff of the scepter combo itself.
