@seshiro_of_the_orochi I have your deck a look over and I sure did see a few cards in your list that I really want! I particularly liked your suggestions of Scarecrone and Dragonspark Reactor they seemed neat!
@scotchtapedsleeves Yeah the mana curve and mana base are two fundamentals thats im totally lost on (because I've only played a handful of EDH)... something feels wrong about a high number of basic lands; but I need a lot of mana for may gameplan so cycling lands seemed like a neat thought for a built in land drop if needed or just use mana rocks to filter through the deck....My other EDH deck is Gavi, Nest Warden so maybe its just habit or I just brainwashed myself into thinking that cycle lands are good lol.... as far as curve goes... yup not a clue really... granted I have a lot of ramp/rocks so I figured Spine of Ish Sah/Duplicant would be removal/interaction that would aid with artifact count for saheeli but maybe more efficient spells like Pongify would be better?...Myr Battlesphere is kinda the same thought and its more about paying for 5 additional artifacts than a beatstick.... and as far as the other saheeli planswalkers go its just %100 me fangirling for her lol... the -2 abilities to make copies seems neat but its mostly just me cramming them in here lol
Thank you both for the advice/input... im gonna work with the list and pick up a few singles like Izzet Signet/Scarecrone... If either of you have any additional thoughts/suggestions please say so its very appreciated so thanks!

This looks pretty cool. I think you could even cut two lands. I've recently built Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant, and I included some cards there you might want to consider.
The Mightstone and Weakstone Meld is surprisingly powerful. Putting a big mana rock downlate in the game can feel bad, but this thing can double as card draw or removal.
Slobad, Iron Goblin is a nifty little mana source.
With all those artifacts, Dragonspark Reactor can deal quite a bit of damage.
And Scarecrone is a reanimator card many forget about.

I get the feeling that you're not into wiping the board, but I suspect Crux of Fate would probably fit. You can even dig it out with Bring to Light, wiping non-Dragons will miss your Commander (if you had to cast) and any Changelings while wiping most other creatures.
I think you've got enough non-Changelings to make digging out Maskwood Nexus pretty solid, maybe Wargate? There are lots of other ways to dig out The World Tree fwiw, many pretty affordable, if you can set up both Tree and Nexus (and have lots of mana) you should win on the spot, and it's not even 'infinite combo'. Wargate is just a nice fit because it can find any permanent, so in a pinch it can also just ramp out a land for 3 mana, iirc that's better than the going rate for non-basic ramp.
With your CMC of 9 Commander, you might consider Stinging Study, it's like a tiny Ad Nauseum that costs way less life, works without casting your Commander too.
It's a bit of a weird fit (and is big and clunky), but Avenger of Zendikar is really good in a higher land count Changeling deck, each land pumps your Changelings for you too, in addition to making a bunch of blockers. I run it with some budget fetches like Krosan Verge, which can find non-basics like duals or triomes for great fixing, Myriad Landscape which is okay fixing because it can find Green, and Blighted Woodland which I feel has a low opportunity cost as it'll ramp me as an instant if kept mana up for something and didn't need it.
It's a bit small, but Scarecrone can be a so-so card if you ever decide to toss Haakon in, with your Eminence ability you can recast Universal Automaton for free, so it's just 1 to draw a card and get a sacrifice/death trigger.
If you don't want to run actual counters, you might sneak a Patron Wizard in to help deal with wipes, you've got some Vigilance sources even.
Cool build!

Hey, good upgrades to the precon on a semi budget.
Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle are excellent upgrades. If you add Myr Battlesphere it's an infinite combo to create infinite Myrs and infinite Necrons with Imotekh.
Staff of Domination in your graveyard is a card that breaks Trazyn the Infinite because it allows to repeatedly untap Trazyn for only 1 mana each time. Use this with any mana rock in your graveyard that can tap for more than one mana: Sol Ring, Basalt Monolith, Thran Dynamo, Worn Powerstone to make infinite mana. With infinite mana then use Staff to draw as much of your library as you want. Sceptre of Eternal Glory if you control three basic Swamps allows for infinite black mana + draw from Staff to draw and cast as many cards as you want.
Scarecrone is another excellent upgrade, you can take advantage of it with Imotekh + Wingrattle Scarecrow for repeatable draw + Necrons because Wingrattle is an artifact and a Scarecrow. It has persist, when it dies it returns to the battlefield after first entering the graveyard. A returned persist creature gets a -1/-1 counter, but you can remove the counter with a +1/+1 counter allowing the creature to persist again.
Thran Vigil enablers repeatable persist and it has other uses too because outside of the combo other artifacts are leaving your graveyard to trigger Imotekh. Steel Overseer can remove -1/-1 counter while also putting a +1/+1 on all other artifact creatures you control which can be a helpful repeatable effect with 2/2 Necrons.
Some changes to consider:
- Myr Battlesphere --> Technomancer
- Staff of Domination --> Plasmancer
- Wingrattle Scarecrow --> Necron Overlord
- Thran Vigil --> Haunting Voyage
- Steel Overseer --> Royal Warden
- Thran Dynamo --> Thought Vessel
- Basalt Monolith --> Temple of the False God
Technomancer is subpar for 7 mana, can only return artifact creatures and they all return at the same time only triggering Imotekh once. Plasmancer only gets a basic Swamp and it's only put into your hand not onto the battlefield, thats not very good for 4 mana.
Necron Overlord, for 4 mana and have to tap artifacts you would think it would hit all opponents, but it doesn't only one opponent makes this effect not worth it. Haunting Voyage, there's a lot of nonNecron creatures here making this inconsistent in what it can reanimate for 6 or 7 mana.
Thought Vessel gives you no max hand size, but that effect doesn't help you, you want to be able to discard hand down to 7 cards, that helps to get artifacts into your graveyard for Imotekh. Temple of the False God is a terrible land especially when you have none or very few land ramp effects, you don't need it. A land that can't tap for mana in the early game or even mid game is unplayable.
Good luck with your deck.

My favourite option for recursion is Goblin Welder, mostly for the flavour text :) I'm not sure if it's pre-con level though.
Some other decent options are Junk Diver, Scarecrone, Argivian Restoration, Academy Ruins, and Rootwater Diver.

Hey, well done so far. I agree, Szarekh is less good as Commander. Imotekh can be a combo piece for infinite Necrons, that makes it better as Commander.
Szarekh seems good in the 99 though when playing Imotekh as Commander, could put artifacts in your graveyard and if you return an artifact to your hand that you milled it triggers Imotekh. Szarekh flying in combination with Imotekh's menace pump making it 5/6 and playing so many other artifacts it can consistently trigger to create Necrons.
For some cuts to get to 100 cards consider streamline the high CMC cards? The avg. CMC is high at rounded up 3.5, reducing this average can help gameplay. The best here are Wurmcoil Engine, Marionette Master, Bolas's Citadel, Their Name is Death, Noxious Gearhulk. Honestly, you could cut the others, 6 CMC or more, to reduce the mana curve.
Wurmcoil, Marionette, Triplicate Titan and Phyrexian Triniform all combo with Altar + Deathmantle. I don't think you need four huge creatures who do this. Cutting Triniform and Triplicate will not change strategy much as they're the weaknest of the four.
Some cards to consider cutting:
- Triplicate Titan and Phyrexian Triniform
- Hexmark Destroyer: only a beater, doesn't do anything else.
- Darksteel Juggernaut: only a beater, doesn't do anything else.
- Traxos, Scourge of Kroog: only a beater, doesn't do anything else.
- Diamond Mare: can get life gain from better sources.
- Phyrexian Fleshgorger: only a beater, isn't needed since you have Wurmcoil.
- Shard of the Void Dragon: triggers only on attack making it slow value for a 7 drop.
- Ugin, the Ineffable: there's too many black cards here that don't get the mana cost reduction including Imotekh.
- Batterskull: good with Stoneforge Mystic and when you can reduce equip costs, without it's subpar.
- Technomancer: fine ETB trigger, but only reanimates artifact creatures, that makes it less good than it could be. You reanimate all creatures total 6 CMC at once, with Imotekh you only create two Necrons.
Some improvements within your budget, consider more lower mana cost repeatable ways to trigger Imotekh?
- Tortured Existence --> Entreat the Dead
- Szarekh, the Silent King --> Skorpekh Destroyer
- Scarecrone --> Royal Warden
Tortured Existence, if you have two artifact creatures in hand you can alternate discarding and putting into hand each time triggering Imotekh for . Scarecrone can reanimate an artifact creature at instant speed.
Others to consider.
- Diabolic Intent (reprinted in BRO) --> Mind's Eye
- Sculpting Steel --> Mirrorworks
- Swiftfoot Boots --> Sword of the Animist
- Feed the Swarm --> Tragic Slip
- Dark Ritual --> Ghouls' Night Out
- War Room --> Temple of the False God
- Phyrexia's Core --> Barren Moor
Good luck with your deck.

Some thoughts:
-
You’re currently running 2x each of Inkwell Leviathan and Sharding Sphinx, but you probably just want 4x of the Leviathan, and ditch the Sphinx entirely. The leviathan is just soo much stronger than the Sphinx in every way that I just don’t see the point in running both.
-
the plan of using Riddlesmith and Containment Construct feels super awkward to assemble, and really fragile to disruption. I would have thought just using drawspells like Thought Monitor and Thoughtcast to be much more efficient and resilient, even if they individually can’t dig as deep.
-
something like Scarecrone might be useful for providing additional ways to get your big creatures out.
The idea seems pretty interesting, i’m just worried that the deck currently gets hosed by any kind of board interaction, right up until the point you get your finisher out. I’m not sure if there’s an easy way to solve that problem. Welding Jar should help a ton for at least keeping Master Transmuter alive long enough to do its thing

joshuaschurer if you’re just looking to bring back Scarecrone with Persist, then i’d recommend playing Unearth instead - it’s a mana cheaper, doesn’t weaken your creature, and can be cycled if it’s not needed.
I still don’t think Chainbreaker is worth it from a protection angle. Your deck wants to be killing stuff to profit from Necroskitter and the likes. And its ability is just soo slow. I would suggest running a more aggressive card than this one (i still think Necroskitter will help you out a LOT in the early game)
