This decks is built off of the planechase ninjas deck. Originally had Vela as my commander, but upon realizing how ridiculously good Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is, I had to get one and make her the commander. I haven't played much multiplayer with it, but utilizing the commander-jutsu to get out of paying the additional commander casting costs is quite awesome.

Needless to say, I really enjoy playing this deck!
