This deck is the best version that I could reasonably create that utilizes Rayne, Academy Chancellor to her utmost potential. (TEST CURRENTLY TO BE OPTIMIZED). This is a Jeskai deck using a combination of Wizard synergies, Counterspells, and enchantments to create a board state that makes it so each of your opponents wants to get rid of your permanents, but at the cost of suffering a blow to card advantage and potentially lacking a few permanents in the blowout. For the rare case that your opponents try and target something else, you have plenty of abilities to subtly and aggressively shift their spell over to you.
