I pulled Ramos, Dragon Engine from my recent booster box of Brothers War. I'm trying to use what I have and fill in with some cheaper singles off EBay. This is a budget 5-color deck. Any cards that I am uncomfortable playing unsleeved are too expensive for this. So the mana-base is kinda bad. It also rules out two-sided cards like Pathways and Prismatic Bridge.

The goal is to load up on spells and abilities to put +1/+1 counters and then cast the big spells Tiamet to load up on multicolor spells in hand to be able to cast as we keep piling coutners on Ramos.

I am very new to Commander, so any advise on deck construction basics or other glaring weaknesses/strengths would be appreciated.
