Creature (1)

I am completely aware that Luminous Broodmoth isn't a legendary creature and therefore is not a legal commander. This is a casual deck with Mothra at the commander.

So, how about those Kaiju? One of my favorites is Mothra, Supersonic Queen and as it turns out it makes a super cool commander. Having a recursion effect that not only can save all your non-flying creatures from death but also reuse their ETB's and give them flying is some pretty sweet value.

Pair this up with some bounce synergies in cards like Cloudstone Curio, Teleportation Circle, and Whitemane Lion to reset the flying counters so Mothra can save these creatures again and this deck can get some real value engines going.

Being a weenie deck also has its upsides, since bouncing creatures not only provides value but also because we can easily recast most of the creatures in our hand for low cost. It is also nice as having lots of efficient 1 drop creatures means cards like Ranger of Eos and Recruiter of the Guard can be efficient repeatable tutors which can get some prime targets.

Sweet Synergies with Mothra

Bounty Agent can sacrifice itself to kill any commander, then come back to use for next turn. Having some Lightning Greaves and having a repeatable bounce source and you have an efficient killing machine.

Thraben Inspector and Wall of Omens can turn into reliable sources of card draw.

Ramp creatures with ETB triggers get a lot better. Solemn Simulacrum, Kor Cartographer, and Knight of the White Orchid spring to mind, and also Burnished Hart can get a lot of lands since you can sac it repeatably.

As for good win-cons we have top end threats like God-Eternal Oketra and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite to make our large board of creatures massive, but with the amount of creatures entering cards like Mace of the Valiant and Anafenza, Tree-Kin Spirit can be deceptively good as finishers.

Finally some other good mentions. War Priest of Thune is great enchantment removal. Soul Warden & Soul's Attendant make our life total massive. Dauntless Bodyguard is a repeatable source of indestructibility for our Commander. Charming Prince also becomes even more of a great utility creature than it already is, being able to blink other creatures to reset the flying counters.

That's pretty much it for the deck. If your table allows Mothra, have fun going off bouncing your creatures left and right.

Suggestions are appriciated.

Updates Add

Mothra has always been one of my favorite decks just because of how unique it is with it's Mono-White blink theme. So when I first saw Teleportation Circle I felt like I wanted to go back to this old decklist and make a few edits.

Edits:

Erratic Portal was taken out for Teleportation Circle - While I like the jankiness of Erratic Portal, Teleportation Circle is just a much more reliable way to reuse ETBs, without having to recast them from your hand.

1x [Plains] was taken out for Cave of the Frost Dragon - The AFR creature lands seem like a nice cycle and since it produces colored mana it doesn't harm us too much to replace a Plains with it.

Hedron Archivefoil was taken out for Loyal Warhound - Both of these are good ramp pieces, but Loyal Warhound fits our deck's themes more. Not only can Warhound be blinked and grabs lands over being a mana rock, it also fits better on the curve. Hedron Archive isn't ramping us into much, as a lot of our deck is low to the ground white creatures, so Warhound seems better here.

Cleansing Nova was taken out for Skyclave Apparition - I know Skyclave isn't a board wipe, but I feel like it is ok to go down one board wipe for two reason. One, our deck has a lot of creatures so having board wipes can be dead on quite a few board states, and if it isn't dead there is a good chance it hurts us too. But secondly, Skyclave is a good piece of removal that can grab both creatures and pesky artifacts and enchantments. It can't grab everything, but it can grab a really good chunk of important things, and with our deck we can also reuse the ETB ability to utilize it more than once.

Brightling was taken out for Selfless Savior - Brightling is a pet card of mine and I like it, but it is not worth it to keep in the deck over Selfless Savior. The Savior does a lot of things this deck wants. It protects our creatures like Dauntless Bodyguard, and can be re-blinked and used again to give repeatable protection. Another big upside is that the Savior can give any creature indestructible, and we don't have to choose one like with Dauntless. Also being a 1-drop is super nice for our tutor cards.

Finally Anafenza, Tree-Kin Spirit was taken out for Paladin Class. Anafenza is good, but with the amount of blink in the deck there might be times where a creature we can blink for value will lose its bolster counters. Paladin Class can give a straight team buff for 4 mana, which is better in our deck. This is just accounting level 2 though, as level 1 gives us a very nice bit of protection against opponents trying to do stuff on our turn. It is nowhere near Grand Abolisher, but it deters opponents from doing things. Level 3 is also good, potentially giving one of our attacking creatures a huge buff with double strike, even if it attacks alone. Overall it does a lot of things we want, so it is in the deck.
