This is not intended to be anywhere near a cEDH deck, but this deck intends to stomp with infinite combos. You don't need to worry about swinging in with Kalamax as there are some redundant effects built into the deck to tap them, including Survivors' Encampment, Earthcraft, Springleaf Drum, Smuggler's Copter, and Holdout Settlement.

Some infinite combos include:

• Making Kalamax infinitely large! With Kalamax, the Stormsire + Reverberate or any other "fork" type spell, you can make Kalamax infinitely large by casting a spell that can be targeted by a fork while Kalamax is tapped. Cast your fork targeting your original spell on the stack. Since Kalamax is tapped, a copy of fork is put on the stack, which you have target the original fork you cast from your hand. Allow it to resolve, which makes a new copy of your fork. Keep repeating for an arbitrary number of times until you have the last fork copy the original spell you cast. Additionally, if you have Ral, Storm Conduit on the battlefield, you get infinite damage.
• Underworld Breach + Lotus Petal + Pyretic Ritual + Brain Freeze will mill out the table.
• Mana Geyser + Reiterate while your opponents have a total of seven tapped lands will generate infinite red mana which can be used for a big heckin' Comet Storm. Additionally, if you have six blue mana open and a tapped Kalamax, you can use the infinite red mana to fuel into Blue Sun's Zenith to draw out the table.
