I started out with the Commander 2017 Draconic Domination Deck. Scion of the Ur-Dragon seemed like a way better commander to use, and it was just a matter of adding more ramp, graveyard recursion, and some bigger, meaner dragons that had enter the battlefield effects. This plays best in a 4-5 player commander game since the card cost is pretty high for dragons.

Basically this deck is useless until turn 5 unless you hit some serious ramp and you can cast your general ASAP to use his ability. Therefore, we have cards like Fist of Suns , Cultivate , Kodama's Reach , Explosive Vegetation , Farseek , Thran Dynamo , and Rampant Growth to ramp as hard and fast as possible.

Once you use your general's ability, it puts dragons into your graveyard, so we need a way to get them back into your library or onto the battlefield. This is where the graveyard recursion cards come into play. Gaea's Blessing , Piper's Melody , Reminisce , and Repopulate bring creatures back into your library to use the Scion again. Beacon of Unrest , Fearsome Awakening , Living Death , Unburial Rites , and Reanimate bring creatures right back to the battlefield. This is especially nice when you didn't even cast them in the first place.

Here's what I think the ideal order of dragon's to grab is:
1) Boneyard Scourge - Get into the graveyard asap so you can get it onto the battlefield for 1B
2) Dragon Tyrant - Possibility to do 12 commander damage if not blocked
3) Tyrant's Familiar or Nicol Bolas - Both do 7 damage
4) Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon - Infect!
4.5) Savage Ventmaw - Only grab him if you have a dragon in hand you can cast with the extra RRRGGG
5) Numot, the Devastator - Destroy some lands, everyone will love you
6) Bladewing the Risen - Bring back Dragon Tyrant or Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon
7) Deathbringer Regent - Board wipe!
8) Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius - Card draw
9) Teneb, the Harvester - Bring back Deathbringer Regent or Bladewing the Risen hopefully
10) Hellkite Tyrant - Pull a Nick Cage and steal artifacts
