Evil Colorless Control

Commander / EDH

MEGAKNIGHTMEGAKNIGHT

This is a deck I've played for quite a while- it's built to play like a hard control deck in commander, which is hard to achieve. Basic tips are wait to set up bomby cards with flash in the midgame, or boardwipe without ramping first, then play your ramp. There are also many aggressive politics to make in game. The lategame is either infinite mana with basalt monolith+forsaken monument, boardwipes after people overcommitted, and timesifter with scry/surveil triggers every turn. Always play off the deck's power and it'll get there 80% of the time in a casual pod. Good lu- ah, you don't need it. Go have fun!

NOTE*: Think hard before cutting anything! There are a few bad slots on purpose, but since we have many tutors, some of those cards have a purpose.

Tips: Your lands win games! Always be thinking about their abilities.

Keep steel hellkite in. With infinite mana and boots+tutor, it's a way to win the game while taking an extra turn or two. Kaldra also gives haste.

Nevinyrral's disk or boompile+ soul of new phyrexia.

You have ways to exile graveyards but they're attached to a land.

Be very quiet or very neutral most of the time. Make insane bargains to survive.

Ulamog's exiles are a cast trigger, can't be countered. Same with kozilek's draw.

ALWAYS BE LOOKING FOR MYSTIC FORGE OR A STRONG COMBO. doesn't have to be fast, it just increases your winrate heavily if you can pull one off.

Remember sanctum of ugin lategame!

Play around almost everything. This is hard to do and comes with hard control experience elsewhere.

There are many more cool cards that can be added, and there are interactions I can't cover here that you'll run into. Survive no matter what, and be creative!
