I've readjusted this deck heavily as time has passed to make it now more focus around the creature combos. Of the 35 creatures in this deck, 19 feature ETB triggers and I have four cards that allow me to flicker them.

The obvious way to win is to pair Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake, go infinite, and throw all that mana into Exsanguinate. I have Sands of Delirium in this deck as an experiment for a second infinite mana win condition to mill people out of their library all at once. And if I don't have Exsanguinate or Sands of Delirium but I have Brutalizer Exarch, I can tuck all of their lands, Planeswalkers, artifacts, and enchantments.

And if I don't have any of that I have several good creatures I can use to beat people down with, and Wolfir Silverheart will make any beater into a better beater. I'm really fond of Stormtide Leviathan's ability to shut down opponents without flying creatures.
