Was working on a Phenax Mill deck and realized this might just be easier and better in everyway.

Also not using any mill half doubled effect to keep this in a 3 range so no 2 card combos. Yes I know Maddening Cacophony is in here but will only use it un-kicked it is just to good of a mill card to remove.
