It's happening! At long last! We have Syrix, Carrier of the Flame, a Legendary Phoenix!

I had to build Syrix. I am a HUGE Phoenix fan and as soon as the spoiler dropped, I knew it had to be done.

The deck is a Tribal deck inspired by my username! Utilizing a Phoenix core and a small Ninja engine for removal and discard effects.

I'm utilising some reanimation effects as well as some cards that have leave graveyard and ETB triggers i.e. Desecrated Tomb and Warstorm Surge.

The deck will eventually be built in paper and playtested consistently from then. Once it is built I'll be working on getting a full-write up of the deck and its interactions sorted!
