Mildly competitive mill deck.

Chains probably should be in here but it's not so much a stax deck so I'm unsure of its use. The cephalid is to help with getting reanimation targets in the yard as well as synergize with Notion Thief. Eater of teh Dead should probably definitely be in here somewhere for instant-speed shenanigans and probably be some meta call against creature-heavy decks like maybe Yisan.

A bit of fun math work went into Morphling and is there as a mana dump and a way to maximize extra milling with Phenax out.
