This is an idea I have for an EDH deck with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice as the general, as she is my favorite general introduced in Commander 2016.

The main strategy of the deck is to proliferate counters on permanents, most notably +1/+1 counters on creatures and loyalty counters on planeswalkers, but also other counters, such as charge counters on several artifacts. Every other EDH deck that I have built contains both a Gilded Lotus and a Thran Dynamo, but I have replaced those with Astral Cornucopia and Everflowing Chalice in this deck, because this deck is intended to increase the counters on them and produce large quantities of mana, and I can also use Ring of Three Wishes infinitely, as long as I continuously proliferate the counters on it.

I ensured that no creature in this deck was wasted, and that every creature contributed to its overall theme in some way. Azor's Elocutors provides an alternative win condition, to add some versatility to the deck, and Seedborn Muse allows me to untap my permanents and repeatedly proliferate with cards such as Contagion Clasp, Contagion Engine, and Viral Drake. Archangel of Thune, Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Echoes of the Kin Tree, and Master Biomancer are the initial methods for placing +1/+1 counters on my creatures; Kalonian Hydra increases their number; creatures such as Abzan Battle Priest, Abzan Falconer, Herald of Secret Streams, and Mer-Ek Nightblade provide bonuses to all creatures for having such counters; Daghatar the Adamant, Forgotten Ancient, and Ghave, Guru of Spores will allow me to move around the counters as needed, and, hopefully, double them with Doubling Season, which is naturally in this deck; Witch-Maw Nephilim is in this deck because it was the first ever card of the deck's colors and the only other creature, apart from Atraxa, to be all four colors.

Mirari's Wake and Privileged Position are in this deck because they are too good to not be in any deck that supports their colors.

For instants and sorceries, I chose six removal spells, six counterspells, and two card advantage spells. I have not yet decided if I should replace Undermine with Disallow, since the latter card is much more expensive than the former card. I contemplated having Utter End instead of Mortify, but I decided to keep the mana curve of this deck as low as possible.

I have Akroma's Memorial, Elixir of Immortality, and Vedalken Orrery in every EDH deck of mine, because they are simply too good to not include in such a deck, and I also have Temple Bell in nearly ever EDH deck, as well, but I am wondering if I should replace it with Mindcrank, since that is another very good card and this deck already has plenty of card advantage, or perhaps Otherworld Atlas, since that card is great with proliferate, although it would increase the mana curve of this deck.

For my planeswalkers, I included the two Elspeths, Narset, Dovin Baan, and Tamiyo for their emblems, the two Ajanis for their ability to help my creatures and other planeswalkers, and Jace simply because his is inexpensive and provides card advantage.

For lands, my philosophy has always been that slightly less than half of the cards in a dekc should be lands, so I decided that forty lands would be an ideal number for this deck. I chose six of each basic land that was allowed by this deck; six dual lands, one for each two-color combination that this deck contains; four triple lands, one for each three-color combination that this deck contains; and the remaining lands were various assorted lands that I felt would be helpful for this deck.

What does everyone think about this deck? How well did I design it? I would greatly appreciate any feedback that you have to offer.
