I have a lot of recommendations for you. These may be pricey so I apologize if they're out of your price range but here you go:

Cards To Add Show

- Definitely add in Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos . Every time you devour, all opponents will have to sacrifice creatures equal to the number of creatures you devoured; really powerful synergy.

• Add Reyhan, Last of the Abzan . If you can put +1/+1 counters on your creatures, your devourer will get HUGE real fast! Gets crazy too if you eat everything with Mycoloth and all those extra +1/+1 counters go to him.

• Add Triumph of the Hordes . This cards a no brainer for token swarms and huge powerful armies. Remember, it only takes 10 infect to kill someone.

• Add Moldervine Reclamation . Just a simple life gain/card draw engine for your devourers.

• Add Doubling Season , Primal Vigor , and/or Parallel Lives . They'll really help ramp up your token production.

• Add Reassembling Skeleton and Gutterbones . They provide an infinitely recurrable sac outlet for Devour.

Cards To Swap Show

- Replace Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin with Krenko, Mob Boss . He's slightly more expensive but he's easier to keep alive because you don't have to attack every turn, possibly killing him. And he exponentially adds Goblins every turn.

• Replace From Beyond with Awakening Zone . Its 1 mana cheaper and does the same thing. The search for an Eldrazi doesn't seem to be that important for your deck either so should be an good swap.

• Replace Thorn-Thrash Viashino with Bloodspore Thrinax . Viashino doesn't provide any positive effects for devouring. Bloodspore Thrinax on the otherhand can push a token deck into an absurd board state.

• Replace Mother Bear with Jade Mage . Mother Bear is situational and requires her to be in the graveyard prior to using her. And the value isn't all that great. With Jade Mage you can use all of your mana every turn to do at least something.

• Replace Emrakul's Hatcher with Tendershoot Dryad . Emrakul isn't that great for your token production. Tendershoot on the other hand can buff all of your saprolings and in a 4 player game, it'll produce 3 tokens by the time it comes back to you.

• Replace Fervor with Ogre Battledriver . Costs slightly more but you can inflict more damage with Battledriver on the battlefield.

• Replace Wolfbriar Elemental with Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest . For roughly the same mana cost, you get way more value overall.

• Replace Tilonalli's Skinshifter with Mayhem Devil . Mayhem Devil's just simply more valuable to have on the board than Skinshifter.

• Replace Algae Gharial with Poison-Tip Archer . You won't get much value out of Gharial. Poison-Tip Archer on the other hand can be lethal if kept on the board. It's basically a stronger Mayhem Devil .

• Replace Snake Umbra with Fecundity . You'll draw waaaay more with Fecundity and its not attached to a creature, therefore harder to remove. Costs exactly the same too.

• Replace Chancellor of the Forge with Dragon Broodmother . Not only does Broodmother produce tokens EVERY upkeep but the tokens themselves have Devour 2. Its also 1 mana cheaper to cast.

• Replace Strangleroot Geist with Zulaport Cutthroat . Strangleroot provides barely any value for you while Zulaport is another Poison-Tip Archer but also provides life gain.

• Replace Satyr Wayfinder with Sakura-Tribe Elder . This accomplishes exactly the same thing without milling yourself.

• Replace Whisperer of the Wilds with Incubation Druid . Not only can you Adapt Incubation Druid to get +1/+1 counters but she'll produce 3 mana of any color you need.

Cards to Cut Show

Sylvan Offering , Cartouche of Strength , Blossoming Defense . These don't have very much impact in your deck, if any at all and can easily be replaced for better options.

Mana Rocks Show

As of right now you don't have much. Sol Ring is the big one you got. Highly recommend adding in at least 3-4 of these:

Wayfarer's Bauble , Arcane Signet , Chromatic Lantern , Commander's Sphere , Darksteel Ingot , Thran Dynamo , Worn Powerstone , Fellwar Stone , Golgari Signet , Gruul Signet , Rakdos Signet , Talisman of Impulse , Talisman of Indulgence , Talisman of Resilience , Heraldic Banner

Lands Show

Lastly, remove 4 lands. I'd recommend cutting 2 forests and 2 mountains. 36 lands is the happy medium in EDH. Though your Avg. CMC is pretty low so you could probably reduce it down to as low as 32-34 because you have a lot of ramp. Anyway, once you add in the splash of black for Kresh the Bloodbraided , you'll need to add about 6-7 swamps or just lands that produce black. You'll need slightly more forests and mountains over swamps. Lands are the most expensive part of most decks so if you really like this deck, here's some lands I'd recommend for this style deck. They are expensive though:

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , Fabled Passage , Castle Embereth , Dwarven Mine , Bojuka Bog , Grim Backwoods , Phyrexian Tower , Kessig Wolf Run , Volrath's Stronghold , Overgrown Tomb , Stomping Ground , Woodland Cemetery , Blood Crypt , Dragonskull Summit , Command Tower , Savage Lands , Rootbound Crag , Rakdos Carnarium , Gruul Turf , Golgari Rot Farm

Pheardemons on The Devourer World Of Jund

I'm liking the overall theme here, but question. Wouldn't Prossh, Skyraider of Kher be a better commander here? The extra tokens definitely generate some extra value for him to kill with commander damage, not to mention he creates token to help you with your devour theme.

Also, some devour creatures I think you should consider:

Thorn-Thrash Viashino - The fact that he can give himself trample makes him EXTREMELY relevant

Marrow Chomper - can help keep you in the game. Having a crap ton of creatures, but only one life, doesn't give you much of a benefit.

Thromok the Insatiable - If you are going with a devour theme, he is a must. This guy can gain INCREDIBLE power with the token theme you have.

Voracious Dragon - Definitely much better if you were to play Krenko, Mob Boss, but either way another flyer that can potentially deal some damage as well since you do play goblin token generators.

Token Generators I think you should consider.

Krenko, Mob Boss - Can win the game by himself, but for token generation this guy is insane.

Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet - He only hits opponents, but he also helps HOSE graveyard strategies. Not to mention, can beef himself up if need be.

Grave Titan - I think this guy is pretty powerful by himself, but then he can also start generating some major advantage.

From Beyond - Another Awakening Zone

Hooded Hydra - possibility since you can easily sacrifice him.

Benefits from Sacrificing

Fecundity - It can help opponents, but I feel like you'll get more use out of it

Viscera Seer - Not a bad way to make sure you don't draw something useless

Mortician Beetle - Simple yet extremely effective in a deck like this

Protection

Asceticism - Dude, just yes. This card is insanely amazing.

Golgari Charm - The regenerate factor protects all of your tokens from a wrath effect. Nothing like having a winning board state, to be reset with a Wrath of God.

Others

Doubling Season - While expensive, can help with redundancy with Primal Vigor.

Parallel Lives - Redundancy again, but does stack with the others.

I did some digging cause my friend reminded me of the Devour mechanic. The only pauper legal card I could find Thorn-Thrash Viashino and Gorger Wurm. The devour mechanic can be amazing with this deck if you take it to modern because all the good ones are rare or mythic.

Also, Betrothed of Fire could really help as pretty much a Swarm Surge for one less mana. Plagued Rusalka could be reusable removal. And you could ramp up really fast with Ashnod's Altar. Finally, Thorn-Thrash Viashino could just kill the opponent really quickly by sacrificing, like, 8 or 9 spawns and next tuen attacking with trample for the win.
