Great minds think alike! I have a similar list for this trio (https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/none-can-rustle-the-triumvirate/) except it leans more toward combos.
You might consider these: Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded , Prismite , Stonework Packbeast , Gemstone Array , Signpost Scarecrow , Enchanted Carriage , Lavastep Raider , Sun-Collared Raptor , Soulbright Flamekin , Loxodon Lifechanter , Cloudgoat Ranger , Mastery of the Unseen , Diviner's Wand , Cloudchaser Kestrel , Cavalier of Flame , Bomat Bazaar Barge

Goblin Banneret is sooo cool with Rada, I might try and build it when I'm tired of Angrath, my current 1v1 Brawl Also Sun-Collared Raptor Regisaur Alpha and Thundering Spineback

Your lands could be improved by using the untapped dual lands (Rootbound Crag, Clifftop Retreat, Sunpetal Grove) and replacing the taplands you're currently using. Some dinosaur all-stars are Ranging Raptors (also fixes your mana!) and Ripjaw Raptor. Forerunner of the Empire also deserves a mention here as both an enrage enabler and a tutor. Otepec Huntmaster is also surprisingly good, as it both ramps your dinosaurs and can lead to a nasty surprise when you do cast them. Finally, I'm surprised to not see any Regisaur Alpha. That card is really good in any dino deck.
Blessed Light is not a great card, so I'd start with removing that. In the same vein, Temple Altisaur, Sun-Collared Raptor, Raptor Companion, and Knight of the Stampede are rather lackluster cards. If you need a sideboard as well, please let me know, I'd be happy to add something for that as well. I hope this helps!

Good start! id say swap Sun-Collared Raptor with Frilled Deathspitter, the sun-collared raptor is really not that good in most games tbh. also you probably wont get to Ixalli's Keeper's 8 mana abillity so swap that for Raptor Hatchling also a good combat trick is Dinosaur Stampede!

A couple of recommendations from someone who has placed highly at FNMs with a RG Dinosaur deck. These suggestions depend on your budget, of course, so I'll include some budget options in this list:
Carnage Tyrant. This card is insanely good in dinosaur decks, and only dies to board wipes, Doomfall, and being blocked by things as strong as it.
Ghalta, Primal Hunger is great as a late-game creature, and if you can get it out earlier, it's even better. Can die to good removal, however, so maybe just a 1 or 2 of.
Regisaur Alpha is a great card, and could easily be played as a 4-of. Gives Carnage Tyrant and Ghalta, Primal Hunger haste, which can be deadly.
Savage Stomp is great removal that helps get enrage triggers from your creatures and kill off things you don't like.
Abrade is just good removal, you could take it or leave it if you really want to dedicate yourself to the dinosaur theme.
Drover of the Mighty is an amazing investment that can help you cast your dinosaurs early game and attack as a 3/3 late game. You already have 3, but I'd suggest even going up to 4.
Otepec Huntmaster is another way to get your dinosaurs out fast, and can give your big guys haste.
Add more Ranging Raptors and Reckless Rage. Thank me later.
As for cuts, I'd recommend getting rid of Pounce, Knight of the Stampede, Grazing Whiptail, Orazca Frillback, Colossal Dreadmaw, Silverclad Ferocidons, Sun-Collared Raptor, Plummet, and Crash the Ramparts.
I hope this was helpful!

I'd suggest cutting your Sun-Collared Raptors and Merfolk Branchwalker for a playset of Otepec Huntmaster, as ramp seems to play a big part in this deck already.

This is my first time building an EDH deck and I was curious what could be improved.
7 Mountains
8 Forests
8 Plains
I want to add in a boardwipe like Wrath of God or Planar Cleansing and switch something out for Wakening Sun's Avatar and then I don't have Command Tower or Reliquary Tower in and don't know if they're "required".

In the long run I would replace Nest Invader with 2 more Raptor Hatchling. But I agree with Jumpstick that Ranging Raptors is a good uncommon to grab here since you want to focus on enrage and its one the best payoffs for a deck like this.
You could also consider Needletooth Raptor. Even as a 1 of it can do a lot of work clearing a board if not dealt with immediately. You aren't running a lot of removal at the moment so it could be a huge boon for you.
I'm not a huge fan of Bonded Horncrest since its a terrible top deck on an empty board.
If I had to pick I think I would do: 1xRipjaw Raptor, 1xNeedletooth Raptor and 1xSun-Collared Raptor and 1xOvergrown Armasaur. Ripjaw draws cards, Needletooth is potential removal and Armasaur offers you another late game option to help stabilize on a bad board. I like the sun-collared because it comes down early enough to be annoying, blocks 1/1 tokens and late in the game it can pump and trade with almost anything. So if your opponent manages to be bigger than you its another way to interact. Later when you can get more uncommons and such you can replace the non-enrage pieces. Until then its better to run solid cards than mediocre ones with enrage.
I would take out: 2xBonded Horncrest, 1xKnight of the Stampede and 1xNest Robber. The knight isn't that good since most of your cards are low on the curve and he's not very threating on turn 4. Nest robber is fine really but in a deck that wants to ping things hes not great, can't attach Tilonalli's Crown or get targeted by rile and such. Its ok for now but you definitely want to swap em out.
