Raff Capashen makes for an interesting dynamic in EDH. Having a Psuedo Vedalken Orrey in the command zone makes it harder for your opponents to play against you, which is ends up being a fantastic strategy.

I'm looking for some input and advice on the deck! It is built to play a more tempo/ voltron-y style deck with lots of Historic interactions. I'm aware that the mana base is off (my higher priced Azorius lands are currently being used by my Aminatou deck), SO, i'm mostly looking for help on the main deck.
