Budgeted

When I first saw Kynaios and Tiro, I like many people saw a group hug deck. I didn't pay much attention to the deck at first because I am much more of a control and hatebears type player, but as I made attempts to build other decks, I realized what I really wanted was what Kynaios and Tiro were meant to be run as: control commanders. They give you hand advantage and ramp, so why not? Yes, there is group hug aspects where other players benefit, but the goal of the deck is to slow the clock of the game, lock down the opponent(s), and win. And when you have access to Red, Blue, White, and Green, the deck just does that.
Rubblehulk If you glanced at the list above, there are an enormous amount of lands to fuel Rubblehulk's power and toughness. Playing a late Rubblehulk to swing for 20 or more damage is crippling.

Keening Stone Late game Keening Stone + Tons of cards in graveyard= Swift Defeat + Loss of many friends

Avenger of Zendikar Late game means that there are probably a lot of lands and a lot of tokens can kill quickly.

Gideon, Champion of Justice Because why not.

Psychosis Crawler In a deck with a ton of card draw, this card is a keeper, and a killer.

Sphinx's revelation Personally, my favorite card draw in the game. It can be a life saver, and with Eternal Witness it can be fetched back.

Counterspell No explanation necessary

Keranos, God of Storms By far one of the strongest cards in the entire game. A personal favorite.

Cryptic Command The amount of sheer utility this card has is insane

Rhystic Study A staple

Iona, Shield of Emeria The card is insane, and gives us more than enough time to get all the tools we need to win.

Crawl Space Works like a charm, especially against highly aggressive builds such as elf tribal or goblin tribal.

Eternal Witness To ensure said instant or sorcery gets to be used to it's fullest potential

Wargate The best tutor in this deck.
