Wanted to build a deck around tapping the opponents permanents, mostly creatures, and this is what was built. Derevi, Empyrial Tactician is a nice repeatable way of tapping down creatures, so it was the first choice for commander. Also really want to see how big Gideon's Avenger can get. Have not built this deck anywhere besides on this site.

If you know of any other ways of tapping the opponents cards, please let me know.
