Okay, so first of all you need some basic burn spells, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and a few others Im sure you can find by looking at a mono red burn list for modern or legacy, now you need a few cards that aren't already in here, Ojutai Exemplars, Ponder, Brainstorm, Slip Through Space, Jeskai Ascendancy, Distortion Strike, Artful Dodge, Jori En, Ruin Diver, Aqueous Form, Niblis of Frost, Monastery Swiftspear, Dragonlord Ojutai, Return to Dust, and that would be a good start for now

If you're running this competitively, some must haves: Boros Charm, Goblin Guide, Grim Lavamancer, Eidolon of the Great Revel,Path to Exile, and Rift Bolt. Your mana-curve seems way too high, although Archangel of Tithes would be great to board, on 20 lands you most likely won't be dropping her until turn 6. She also requires so much white mana...
Having a million one-ofs is great on paper but what you want to do is go for four-ofs of the best cards, and cut weaker/more costly ones. Monastery Swiftspear is crazy strong and should be a four-of, as is Lightning Bolt. Citadel Siege is awkward, and your Mana Confluences are gonna hurt much more than running fetches/shocklands would. Arid Mesa, Sacred Foundry, and Bloodstained Mire should all be in the deck as four-ofs.
Disenchant belongs more in your sideboard, as it's useless in maany matchups. Ajani's Presence is gonna save just one creature 99% of the time, and is not worth running. Phalanx Leader and Ojutai Exemplars should go, as well as Kytheon's Irregulars, too expensive and color-dependant.
If you're not running this competitively, looks good.

Well what type of Mardu Midrange deck do you want? There a lots of different directions Mardu can go. It can go for a Young Pyromancer/Monastery Mentor build. It can go for a Jund-esque Good Stuff build. It can go Nahiri. It can go tokens, it can go burn. There are lots of options -- and the cards you have listed above do not do much to narrow down the style you are potentially looking to play. I get that you want to play burn stuff and control -- preferably in the same card. But you have some very curious inclusions and omissions if that is what you want to play.
That being said, I cannot guarantee that the cards I suggest you will use, as they all fit into various Mardu Midrange archetypes. But cards that are good in Mardu that you do not have listed above that I can think of off the top of my head are: Terminate, Crackling Doom, Dark Confidant, Lightning Helix, Monastery Mentor, soul fire grandmaster?, Sorin, Solemn Visitor, Chandra, Torch of Defiance, Abbot of Keral Keep, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, Grim Lavamancer, Painful Truths, Murderous Cut, Dreadbore, Ajani Vengeant, Nahiri, the Harbinger/Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Batterskull, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Goblin Dark-Dwellers, Kitchen Finks, Blood Baron of Vizkopa, Stormbreath Dragon, Thundermaw Hellkite, Night's Whisper, Fulminator Mage, Shambling Vent, Zealous Persecution, Elspeth, Knight-Errant, and Gideon, Ally of Zendikar.
Some of the cards you have listed above, inversely, should likely not go in any list. Dash Hopes, Mana Tithe, Ojutai Exemplars, Platinum Emperion (outside a deck dedicated to that combo you described), Avaricious Dragon, Dragonlord Kolaghan, Spark Trooper, Reforge the Soul, and Colfenor's Plans are all pretty meh, and I can almost guarantee that the cards I suggested could be slotted into a deck in their stead and make the deck better.

Exteez - Nice with the planeswalkers, I think Dovin Baan would fit pretty good in the deck. Also I'll think about the AEtherling, but Ojutai Exemplars might do the job better as an alternative win condition + it combos really good with Willbreaker. Thanks a lot for the tips =)

Having a good card-draw set will help with both your mana base and filling your hand with cantrips and Storm cards.
I like this article a lot: http://www.mtgeezer.com/hidden-gems-16-blue-card-drawing-spells-part-one/
Aerial Responder will be a great choice as a double-strike target with your commander. Sphinx of the Final Word might be good, too. Ojutai Exemplars, Docent of Perfection Flip, Anax and Cymede, Mirrorwing Dragon, and Zada, Hedron Grinder are neat.
Were I you I would trim down the creatures but definitely keep a bunch of them if Storm-ing is your goal. You have made good choices with them thus far and it would be a shame to not use your commander's ability. I do, however, believe it is a sign of a deck's strength if it functions without its commander.
Curse of the Swine is just good for commander.
Some good cantrips (and cheap spells to be discounted with Goblin Electromancer and Jace's Sanctum) to get your storm count up: Ponder, Lightning Bolt, Shock, Slip Through Space, Disenchant, Retraction Helix, Safe Passage, Snap, Artful Dodge, Twinflame, Distortion Strike, Brainstorm, Vapor Snag, Unsummon, Preordain, Titan's Strength, Pyretic Ritual, Mighty Leap, Strength of Arms, Shadow Rift, Return to Dust, Ethereal Haze, Emerge Unscathed, Chaos Warp, Ajani's Presence, Pieces of the Puzzle, Pongify, Lightning Helix, Brute Force, Banishing Knack, Seething Anger, Spite of Mogis, Void Snare, Polymorphist's Jest, Teleportal
