So, I've been telling my table that I'm going to build a blue deck for about three months now. Time to actually do it, I guess.

The point of this deck is to achieve infinite mana and break the game, while countering other people trying to do that. I pushed it very towards artifacts because I'm a nerd, and it felt the most flavorful with Rashmi at the helm.
