Omnath, Locus of Rage has an great potential for a commander and we just have to take advantage of those landfall triggers and bolt triggers when elementals die.

LANDFALL TRIGGERS

-When you run out of land fetching cards (Cultivate,Explosive Vegetation...), there are Nissa, Vastwood Seer   , Courser of Kruphix, Oracle of Mul Daya, Sword of the Animist, Mina and Denn, Wildborn and Storm Cauldron to get you those landfall triggers constantly.

-You can flood the board really fast with cards like Boundless Realms, Scapeshift and others...

-Fetchlands are there just for the landfall triggers.

MORE SYNERGIES

-There are just some pure value cards like Avenger of Zendikar Dragonmaster Outcast Rampaging baloth, Liege of the Tangle Scute Mob and many others.

-You can even take advantage of Omnath's tokens getting in and out of the battlefield with Stalking Vengeance, Warstorm Surge and Where Ancients Tread.

-There are also sac engines for some extra damage with elementals like Dragon Broodmother, Skullmulcher, Greater Good, Perilous Forays etc.

There is also card draw with Skullclamp, Elemental Bond, Greater Good, Momentous Fall and Seer's Sundial
