A concept revision of my Meren commander deck. It is mostly a normal Meren of Clan Nel Toth, saccing creatures and then returning them. In addition, the deck has a bit of an eldrazi theme.

Win conditions are nothing too glamorous; the main idea is to beat down opponents with big creatures or a horde of them, using Rogue's Passage to get past blockers. If that doesn't work, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is excellent at draining opponents. Finally, Extractor Demon can mill opponents in a pinch.
