Maybeboard

Extremely budget yet I'd like to make it optimal for its cost. Please! Offer your advice or criticism I would really appreciate it. Now on to some personal notes:

Through playtesting I found many incredible 2 card combo's I'd love to share. Fairly easy to assemble by wheeling and drawing through the deck. All combos include at least 1 permanent for you to slap on the battlefield so you can wheel the rest of your hand looking for other pieces. Most if not all combos revolve around our commander The Locust God, but his recursion effect helps greatly in keeping him in play.

1) Coastal Piracy + Breath of Fury My only go infinite combo. Infinite combat steps with an exponentially growing insect horde, found this by accident and I think it is a sweet way to win.

2) Isochron Scepter + Counterspell ( or any other 2-cmc instant ) Counters for days, can search out both pieces with Muddle the Mixture. I don't care if this combo is inefficient I love it.

3) Murder of Crows + Goblin Bombardment Super fun, super budget combo, like all the others here that I discovered myself. Use it to ping a player out of the game by looting 40, or precision strike an opponents field all with one measly insect token.

4) Earthquake + Ixidron Best of both worlds, except for your opponents. Drop Ixidron followed by any of the earthquake spells in the deck (there are a few), and wipe the slate clean for the Locust God. One of the decks few ways around indestructible permanents. Admittedly Cyclonic Rift is probably just better, but both of these cards work well stand-alone as well. Would be willing to cut some of these cards perhaps

5) Monastery Siege + Fevered Visions Allows you to find your threats/answers, and steadily pump out your insect army. Can easily overwhelm opponents with cards like Distant Melody, or assembling above combos.

6) Not really a combo itself per se, but Trinket Mage sets them up quite nicely. A nice little toolbox for three very powerful artifacts in this deck. Sol ring rocks out every deck obviously, but Skullclamp, also a common card, kicks ass here. I do not run Ashnod's Altar to support it, but it is nuts nonetheless. Finally Library of Leng lets us manipulate our wheel effects, counteract opponents discard effects, and retain a bonkers handsize. I am not entirely convinced on the counterpart, Trophy Mage. I don't do much besides ramp before turn 4, so the body and mana rock search seems nice. Just not sure if it's impactful enough.
