Slight rework of the deck with the addition of Dominaria and M19 Goblins:

Goblin Chainwhirler - potential to be a tutorable token/dork killer in the earlygame. Especially devastating in multiplayer.

Squee, the Immortal - recurrable goblin for sac outlets and Skullclamp; not gamebreaking but very nice to have since we have to be sensible with our cards - we don't draw that many back.

Dark-Dweller Oracle - great utility to secure landdrops early, synergy with Sensei's Divining Top and Path of Ancestry , with some spare mana we might exile a card that lets us combo off in mid to late game.

Herald’s Horn - check above, topdeck manipulation has been added so this might carry its weight.

Goblin Trashmaster - you play edh, people play artifacts; you have Breya in your meta, you want this even more.

Goblin Grenade; Last-Ditch Effort and Red Elemental Blast fight for the same slot. Currently I'm running Blast.

Goblin Tutor - a fun little flavour card which my playgroup allowed me to play. You could run Gamble or Godo, Bandit Warlord in its place. We mostly want to tutor for haste or skullclamp.
