Started a league amongst some friends and this is my first time building a serious deck from scratch. The deck was created using a $60 limit and viewing tcgplayer.com's lowest available median price regardless of print or foil. Price limit excludes commander (Keranos), one mono-color god (Thassa), temple matching the deck's theme (Temple of Epiphany), one free card of our choosing (Sensei's Divining Top), and basic lands. Purphoros is banned. Requires a minimum of 10 cards from the Theros block, god commander, and one mono-color god legal to your deck. (mono-color decks are required to have their god's corresponding enchantment for free) The deck is currently balanced at $59.99. We will be adding $10 the first week and $5 per week after the first to the $60 limit for edits. Anything removed from the deck will be added to a sidebar. Unused edit cash will rollover indefinitely. Cards removed do not add their value back to your available limit.

Looking for input on min/maxing my available price limit. I've never played red before and I'm trying to build some synergy around dealing out damage to players and creatures while capitalizing on blue spell counters and card draw. New to deck building so any basic tips and tricks are appreciated.
