This deck is a mess. Tutors tutoring for other tutors, random sacrifice effects, and a serious aversion to most interaction. But that's not the point. Get everyone together at the __RAVEYARD!

Here's how to get this party started. You need Riftsweeper and Spellseeker in your graveyard, Rally the Ancestors in hand, and a sacrifice outlet on the battlefield. Cast Rally for X=3. This returns Riftsweeper and Spellseeker to the battlefield. Sweeper shuffles Rally back into your library, and Seeker finds it again. "So what? You just spent five mana to do nothing. This party's dead. I need a pizza." But that's just where the __RAVEYARD turns the lights down and starts the music.

If your sac outlet is Ashnod's Altar and you have a Skyshroud Elf in play, you can sacrifice Sweeper or Seeker for {C}{C}, convert it to {W}{W}, then sac Skyshroud Elf and whatever you didn't sac before for {C}{C}{C}{C} and go through the cycle. This nets you {C} for each cycle, which can be converted into {W} or {R}.

There's another parallel way to get unlimited mana. If you have Sweeper+Seeker, four other creatures, and Phyrexian Altar, you can go through the cycle to net one mana of any color. Prosperous Innkeeper, Burning-Tree Emissary, and Quirion Sentinel make both of these combos faster and easier.

"Uh, A? There's no infinite mana outlet? There's not even really a mana sink. What gives? And where's my pizza?" The mana loops are just the light show at the __RAVEYARD. See, with all the mana you need, and Sweeper+Seeker cycling Rally the Ancestor, you can Rally all you want. Rally everyone. Witty Roastmaster and Gibbering Fiend bring the energy. Overwhelmed Apprentice and Manic Scribe bring the crazy. Don't worry about the delirium. If you can't find these guys, set the same mood with Goblin Bombardment, Altar of Dementia, and Altar of the Brood.

Name Human with Molten Echoes to get double the party!

Okay, enough with the gimmick. How does this deck work?

Recursion Engine Show

Cast Rally the Ancestors with X=3 while Riftsweeper and Spellseeker are in your graveyard. After Rally the Ancestors exiles itself, the abilities of Riftsweeper and Spellseeker trigger as they enter the battlefield. RSweeper allows you to shuffle RtA into your library from exile. SSeeker tutors for an instant or sorcery with mana value 2 or less, which includes RtA while it's in your library.

Mana Engine Show

There are two options to make this combo infinite, since at this point you're spending {3}{W}{W} to reanimate two small creatures.

The first package is Phyrexian Altar + three other creatures + the Recursion Engine. Ideally, one of the other creatures draws, tutors or is a win con. Sacrifice the Recursion Engine creatures and three other creatures to generate {3}{W}{W}. This provides the mana to keep the recursion Engine running.

The second package is Ashnod's Altar + Skyshroud Elf + one other creature + the Recursion Engine. Sacrifice the Recursion Engine creatures and one other creature to generate 6x {C}, and use Skyshroud Elf's conversion ability to change that to {4}{W}{W}. This not only provides the Recursion Engine mana, but nets you an extra {C} that can be converted to {R} or {W}.

Win Conditions Show

Since you're sacrificing small creatures and bringing them back with the Recursion Engine and Mana Engines, the win conditions are small creatures with "enters the battlefield" abilities. Manic Scribe and Overwhelmed Apprentice provide untargeted mill, as does Altar of the Brood. Gibbering Fiend and Witty Roastmaster provide untargeted damage.

As a backup, if you use the Ashnod's Altar path of the Mana Engine, you will generate infinite mana. You can use this mana to power the Recursion Engine and switch the sacrifice outlet to Goblin Bombardment for targeted damage or Altar of Dementia for targeted mill.
