Fiery Conclusion Discussion

Evolutionary Leap, Starved Rusalka and Scorched Rusalka are some continuous sacrifice outlets. Maybe Lightning Bolt or Fiery Conclusion? Mogg War Marshal seems synergistic.

I agree you need some more fixing, also get rid of a lot of the 4 drops. You can use Thopter Spy Network and Thopter Engineer in most of the places of your 4 drop creatures that dont make tokens on entry, Pia and Kiran Nalaar are really solid too. Servo Exhibition is good also. Smuggler's Copter should be a 4 of for this deck to function well, Shrapnel Blast and Fiery Conclusion are solid removal pieces that cost you a single token. Artificer's Epiphany is good draw, and Court Homunculus might be a good addition as well. I would want 4 Fleetwheel Cruiser also.

Act of Treason Traitorous Instinct Bone Splinters Polymorph Fiery Conclusion Vampiric Rites Altar's Reap Stalking Vengeance Bazaar Trader the steal a creature and sac them way to play has lost of red and blue ways to borrow things and there are lots of black and red ways to sac things. I like Bazaar Trader cause you can keep what you take, are you trying to make this the theme?

A couple of different options instead of using Altar of Bone, because the way the stack works prevents the trick you want to use it for, are Fiery Conclusion, Collateral Damage, Renounce the Guilds, and Last-Ditch Effort. None of them quite give you the power of searching up any creature card in your deck, but all of them are quite good at removal, or, in the case of last-ditch, can actually just kill someone if you have enough tokens.

Thanks for the +1 and your comments they are always appreciated! Yeah the CMC on Blood Rites is too high for this deck. Fiery Conclusion was a card I was originally going to use in this deck, but the ability to only hit creatures with the damage rather than sending the damage at your opponent's face is why this card did not make the cut.

The CMC on Blood Rites is perhaps a touch high, but there's always Fiery Conclusion. Wish I could offer more, but this domain is definitely outside of my wheelhouse. Love the deck though, +1 for sure.

CloudThumper if you are up against mid range or ramp, bring in Act of Treason and the other 2 Fiery Conclusions. Grab one of their biggies, attack with it then sac it to FC to kill off another creature they have on the battlefield.

Wow Rabid_Wombat, gratz on the win against a modern deck. People are typically taken aback when they first play against this deck. They are not exactly sure what direction this deck is coming from. What appear to be only minor annoyances quickly become a lethal threat. One of my favorite plays is casting Hanweir Garrison with Impact Tremors out then giving it haste with Hanweir Battlements and swinging for total of 7 just from them! And if they don't immediately deal with it, next turn it melds :)

shawnluc, this deck also has great SB tech. With practice it is incredibly consistent against top tier decks. One of my favorite SB plays is grabbing a big threat they have on the board with Act of Treason, swinging for a big hit, then sac'ing it with Fiery Conclusion to kill another one of their creatures :).
