If you know what the movie is about and how it ends, you might have a general idea what this deck is like. If you haven't watched it or if the movie is still in your backlog, I apologize for any indirect spoilers.

Background

My group and I have a dislike towards blue decks due to the amount of mill and control available. One day I got my hands on a certain legendary creature that allowed everyone to draw more cards and thought "Hey, how about we make people draw instead of discarding? Let's call it the good-willed mill!" The deck started off as a joke deck, but as we kept building it, the more threatening it actually started to look. Still fun, though.

This deck contains many artifacts, creatures and enchantments that make all players draw more cards on different situations, often resulting in players going way past their maximum hand size. The deck has various permanents that removes your hand size limit, so you have a good chance of avoiding the discard phase, yourself. The deck doesn't have many creatures, so you're being more defensive with some damage sponges like Fog Bank or the like. Silent Arbiter and Propaganda also serve to limit the amount of creatures attacking you and you've also got a bunch of spells that either remove or return creatures to their owners' hands. Certain cards like Laboratory Maniac and Thassa's Oracle can grant a possible self-mill victory
