This deck has no one mechanic. I tried to make it with multiple win options so that it can vary on how I win.

High Council of Gallifrey- Sen Triplets
Dopplegangers- Elite Arcanist with Fated Infatuation

Psychic Paper- Etherwrought Page
T.A.R.D.I.S.- That Which Was Taken This is because the Doctor stole the T.A.R.D.I.S. and because it has an indestructible barrier.

There are a few others but this deck has multiple ways it could win. I could use it as a lifegain deck or just use my opponent with cards like Acquire, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, Fractured Identity, Talent of the Telepath, Clone and Sen Triplets to play my opponents hand. I tried to stay away from damage and creature destruction since that isn't how the Doctor would do things. I also tried to make it with control aspects so that I could stall until I discovered how I was gonna win and so I may acquire the necessary pieces. There is also an infinite turn combo with Sage of Hours + Sunbond and Elite Arcanist + Whitesun's Passage. Also a new combo of Elite Arcanist and Teferi's Protection
