Man, Bruna is one of the BEST budget commanders out there.
Kor Spiritdancer is an amazing card to have. With a ton of low drop auras, you can keep stacking her VERY quickly. You can use kor as a "fake" and draw out removal spells. Graceblade Artisan is similar, but more expensive and no draw.
Lightning Greaves is absolutely VERY important to have. Bruna bypasses shroud (same with Retether) and giving her a swing after cast is VERY important.
Helm of the Host - Any reason this is here? I feel like it doesn't do much of anything and for 5 mana, something like Arcane Signet would just be better because it ramps and usually isn't a "kill on sight" card. If you can copy Avacyn, i can understand, but that's 17 mana likely over 2-3 turns that's better spent elsewhere.

Creatures like Invisible Stalker and Ascended Lawmage are REALLY good since hexproof is the best ability in MTG. When i play my Bruna deck, i often get targeted at the first chance, and cards with hexproof ensure my opponents have to work to get them off the board.
You should really consider these cheap cards:
Sovereigns of Lost Alara - Get ANY aura for free when voltron swinging. Can search for unblockable, indestructible, hexproof,... +10/+10 trample annihilator 2 (Eldrazi Conscription) or any other toolbox card.
Danitha Capashen, Paragon - Makes auras and equipment less to cast and comes STACKED With great abilities.
Auramancer's Guise - Gives +2/+2 for each aura on a creature AND vigilance?? Makes Kor Spiritdancer get +4/+4 for each aura on her... CRAZY good.
Ethereal Armor - Gives +1/+1 for each enchantment you control and gives first strike!
Open the Armory - VERY cheap tutor for aura/equipment.
Diplomatic Immunity - Gives shroud and has shroud so it's very difficult to remove the creature it's on. Bruna also does not care since she gets around shroud.
Counterspell - To replace Cancel as it's pretty bad and slower.
If you can spare a bit more cash: Nomad Mythmaker - REALLY good recursion and does NOT target so it gets around shroud.
I made my recommendations from Bruna, Enchantments of Alabaster I have a lot of other good stuff that i didn't feel like citing. Feel free to give it a look!

After playing this deck a few times, I have some cards that I may need to replace.
Cards currently in the hot seat:
These cards in particular have proven to be underwhelming in play and I would like to replace them with either more flying synergy, more efficiently costed cards, or good enter-the-battlefield cards (to play with Venser and the Galepowder Mage). If you have any suggestions, please drop them in the comments.

Before the Ascended Lawmage spell has resolved, there's no creature to target.
After it has resolved, it has hexproof, so it isn't a legal target for Hero's Downfall

If an opponent casts Ascended Lawmage , before it resolves can I cast Hero's Downfall and kill creature before it "resolves"? Or creature has hexproof as soon as its cast and enters the battlefield?

These are my considerations for your removal... I don't do it often but most of them just dont do much other than offer you the hexproof ability.
Troll Ascetic : problem with regeneration is you gotta hold mana for it. Easy to forget.
Soul of the Rapids : doesn't do much for it's cost.
Sagu Mauler : I mean it's ok... but just doesn't do alot other than have abilities.
Prognostic Sphinx : I see no reason to want to discard cards for optional hexproof. Scry's nice but there are better options for card advantage.
Ascended Lawmage : Again, cost vs stats... it's just not there. One mana less would have changed my mind...
These are just what I can think of... again, with my previous changes in mind.
Heroic Intervention : and similar cards can protect you from board wipes and other spells that don't target.
Steel of the Godhead & Shield of the Oversoul : mostly for the evasion, but the other options are nice too.
Wild Growth and similar cards could be useful if moving towards more of an 'enchantress voltron' style deck.
Curiosity for extra cards, coupled with an evasive creature.
Rancor & Spirit Link keep returning to use again.
Octopus Umbra : great for the evasive creatures. Also for anything that has accrued counters, then it becomes 8/8 + counters and hopefully unblockable... maybe even Ishai.
These are the iffy ones... they could stay, or go. Up to you
Multani, Maro-Sorcerer : other players can control the stats my discarding/casting etc. Sure it could get big but its subjective. Also if we follow a voltron strategy you cant target t either.
Witchstalker : on curve, but unless it's a meta call because U/B is common... but idk.
