Start by building mana with mana rocks such as Sol Ring Paradise Mantle and Everflowing Chalice. At the same time get out some low cost and/or free Artifact creatures Silver Myr Ornithopter Metallic Sliver, Some of which also act as mana rocks.

Cast Arcum whenever possible.

Get Rings of Brighthearth out as soon as possible.

with rings on the field, and assuming you have two artifact creatures on the field, use Arcum's ability, and doubling it with Rings of Brighthearth sacing both of your artifact creatures. Ring Basalt Monolith and Planar Portal to the field. Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth create an infinite mana combo that you then use to abuse Planar Portal. Use it to bring Voltaic Key to your hand, play it, then use it's activated ability, doubling it with Rings of Brighthearth, to untap itself and Planar Portal.

At this point you can bring any card from your library to your hand at instant speed. Including counterspells of course, which will be needed to answer to others counters.
