I first built my Animar, Soul of Elements deck several years ago and it has become my favorite EDH deck. At first, it was a very budget deck, but I've slowly collected more expensive cards for it and while I'm much happier with the build now, it could be better and more consistent. I'm looking for advice to help make this deck a more serious competitor. I do realize that Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts is an infinite combo that almost every other Animar deck runs, but I would prefer not to have it in the main deck. I would probably side board it in for an event though.
